Corona

- [Q] CD 8 / 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 -> 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 / 6s

- [W] Damage 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 -> 50 / 75 / 100 / 125. Delay between bounce .20s -> .33s. Delay on damage .25s -> .5s

- [E] Movespeed buff 2% / 3% / 4% / 5% -> 5% / 6% / 7% / 8%. Duration 4s -> 2s

- [R] Continuous damage scaling 15% Int -> 20% Int. Cd 120 / 110 / 100 -> 100 / 90 / 80

 

Alexei

- [Q] Movespeed steal 15% -> 40%. Duration 5s -> 2.5s

- [W] % Enemy Current Health Scaling 10% -> 12%

 

Savage

- [Heroic Passive] Reworked. Enemy Heroes that damage Savage's teammates near Savage gain a stacks of Revengence. Savage's basic attacks and Punisher Charges consume all stacks, dealing [Lvl/2] bonus physical damage per stack. Stacks last 8 seconds and refresh.

 

Grunty

- [W] Grunty now gains his current level of River Racer while inside active Swamp Traps (but still needs an enemy to walk over them to activate).

 

Huntress

- [R] Base Dmg Rescaled 120 / 240 / 360 -> 150 / 250 / 350. Execute threshold 8% + 1% per 8u -> 10% + 1% per 8u

 

Warfield

- [R] Range 5u -> 6u

 

Garamond

- [W] Turret Rockets dmg scaling 30% Int -> 35% Int

 

Maar

- [W] Heat Wave damage rescaled 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 + 60% Int -> 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 + 70% Int. Detonate delay 1.5s -> 1.2s. Heat Wave projectile no longer overshoots its target point.

- [WWW] Meteor base damage rescaled 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 -> 70 / 140 / 210 / 280

 

Vorpal

- [W] Dark Matter now also reduces [Heroic Passive] Presence of the Void Orb Regen Cooldown from 18s -> 17s / 16s / 15s / 14s

- [E] Javelin Damage lowered 45 / 90 / 135 / 180 + 125% Wpn Dmg -> 30 / 70 / 110 / 150 + 100% Wpn Dmg. Charge Cd rescaled 7.5s -> 8.5s / 8.0s / 7.5s / 7.0s

Game Sys

- Added Ephemeral.Corona

 

 

6 AA Range // Int

Squishy // Long Range // Caster // Carry

 

Heroic Passive: Ionize: Corona's Q and R abilities "Ionize" the target for 12s, stacking up to 4 times.

 

Q: Ball Lightning. Target Direction, 11 Range. 3u Radius AoE Missile. Fires a ball of lightning, dealing spell damage.

Spell Damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 +20% Int

Cd: 8.0s / 7.5s / 7.0s / 6.5s

 

W: Chain Lightning Strike: Target Unit, 8 Range. Strikes the target with lightning, dealing spell damage. Lightning will then bounce to the nearest enemy within 8u range that has at least one "Ionize" stack, removing one stack and repeating this effect until no units are valid.

Spell Damage: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 + 25% Int per Ionize stack on the unit

Cd: 26s / 24s / 22s / 20s

 

E: Resonance: Passive. Applying "Ionize" grants Corona a movespeed buff for 4s, stacking up to 5x. Applying "Ionize" stacks to enemy heroes also reduces Corona's Cooldowns.

Movespeed: +2.0% / +3.0% / +4.0% / +5.0%

CDR: -0.6s / -0.8s / -1.0s / -1.2s

 

R: Coronal Discharge: Target Point, 3.5u Radius AoE. Deals spell damage, slowing enemies for 3s. Then creates a controllable 3.5u Radius AoE Lightning Storm at the target point. Storm lasts for 10s and deals spell damage per second to all enemies inside it, applying Ionized stacks. Slow amount depends on Ionized stacks.

Initial Spell Damage: 100 / 150 / 200 + 50% Int

Spell Damage / sec: 25 / 50 / 75 + 15% Int.

Slow Amount: -33% Movespeed per Ionize Stack

 

 

- Clarified Eternity Tooltip for it's unique effect

- Fixed Sliptide Buff sometimes not lasting the proper duration. Sliptide Unique Damage 10 + 10% Wpn Dmg + 15% Int -> 10 + 7.5% Wpn Dmg +17.5% Int

- Item WpnSpeed General Nerf: Duran's Machette 8% -> 5% // Graviton Booster 15% -> 12% // Dominion Standard 15% -> 12% // Lighting Rod 18% -> 15% // Eye of Narud 20% -> 15% // Serrated Cleaver 20% -> 15% // Coat of Arms 20% -> 15% // Smoldering Incisor 33% -> 30% // Arcbound Ravager 45% -> 35% // C-48 Gauss 45% -> 40% // Isomorphic Pyre 52% -> 40%. Heroes classified as Bruisers or Tanks gain +.5 Wpn Dmg per level (Tychus, Yig, Pyro, Dehaka, Penthos, Starscream, Grunty, Micro, MK, LZ, Khyrak, Justicar, Cain, Drake, Immortal, Tosh, Tass, Brine, Erekul, Biotron, Balrog, Stukov)

 

 

Nova

- Scoped does not reveal cloaked anymore

- Base Attack Timer 1.8 -> 1.85. Now has AA projectile.

- [Q] Mana Cost 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 -> 40 / 44 / 48 / 52. Cooldown 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 -> 14 / 12 / 10 / 8. Damage 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 + 40% Wpn Dmg -> 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 + 60% Wpn Dmg

With Base Stats finally set to a standardized baseline, I can start tweaking individuals. I want Nova to feel risky early game - not feel like the best 1v1 hero in existence. I want the player to feel the need to get as many last hits with Q as possible, but also feel like they can use Q to harass (at the cost of resets + farm). The thing that sets Nova apart from other ranged aa is this ability -> Nova needs to be ahead in items to be even in damage early to mid game, but allowed to farm safely she can become a true monster.

 

Tosh

- Now has AA projectile.

- Spectres now have AA projectiles.

 

Rancor

- Now has AA projectile.

- Veterancy (Stats per level) changed from 4 Str / 6 Agi / 5 Int -> 5 Str / 5 Agi / 5 Int

- [Q] Stun duration 1.5 - 2.5s -> 1.0 - 2.5s. Cd 14s -> 15s / 14s / 13s / 12s

- [E] Movespeed 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% -> 7.5% / 12.5% / 17.5% / 22.5%

- [R] Damage 120 / 200 / 280 + 60% Int -> 120 / 200 / 280 +60% Int +10% Target Current Health

Pushing Rancor further into the support/utility he is meant to be. Early roam around the map and get close to targets and take em down.

 

Darpa

- Now has AA projectile.

 

Warfield

- Now has AA projectile.

 

Raynor

- Now has AA projectile.

 

Summers

- Now has AA projectile on Energy Rifle

 

Tychus

- Weapon Damage Point .15s -> .30s (must stand channeling attack for this duration of time before the damage takes effect)

 

Dustin

- Weapon Damage Point .15s -> .30s (must stand channeling attack for this duration of time before the damage takes effect)

 

Null

- Weapon Damage Point .15s -> .30s (must stand channeling attack for this duration of time before the damage takes effect)

 

Erekul

- Weapon Damage Point .15s -> .30s (must stand channeling attack for this duration of time before the damage takes effect)

 

Kuradel

- [Q] Range 8 -> 8.5

- [R] Scaling 70% Int -> 80% Int

 

Boros

- [R] SalsaSlash now has 1.5s internal CD. Skill ability CD doesn't start counting until the effect is over.

 

Vergil

- [Heroic Passive] Grants 10% Max Energy + Deals that amount on hit after using an ability -> Grants +30 Energy and deals that amount on hit after using an ability. This amount is increased by +10% Max Energy if the target is an enemy hero.

wow null is support too, where is the +1 dmg per lvl.

I wouldn't exactly call nully a support. It's an int caster that can carry a game unlike queen or egon (unless their team is s**t). In my book, that doesn't really make it a support. Plus, where are it's support abilities? No heal, no restore. Just stuns and blockages - strong parts of a carry. Does Cow fit into you're support group too?

Although Revision was herp derping, until NA influence a lot of people in EU used to doubt the power of Null. After that first nerf years ago, people stopped playing him or DID and relegated it to a support (getting support items). As players evolved the power of the stuns with a pretty good range was shown as he was nerfed again (and again..).

 

This is BS, in one patching nerfing my 3 heroes - Nova/Darpa/Vergil. Piece of shap.
