Base stats

Base hp: 270

Base damage: 35

Primary stat: agi

STR: 23 plus 4.3 lvl

AGI: 30 plus 6.7 lvl

INT: 21 plus 4 per level

Unit base: whichever marine isn't used by MK

 

Hp: rapid fire has double the attack speed of a normal hero and the cap is at twice as high aa speed but each aa only deals 50% of weapon damage

 

Q- suppressive fire, khorhal rains down fire at incredible speed in a 10 unit long 90 degree cone, deals 10/15/20/25 + 10% weapon damage very quarter of a second damage increases by 2/3/4/5% for every tick of damage the enemy takes from it also applies a stacking 1/2/3/4% slow, costs 90 energy, 25 second cd can be cast for 10 seconds

 

W- stim pack, khorhal injects himself with stimulants dealing 20/40/60/80 spell damage to himself and gaining 15/25/35/45% movement and attack speed for 6 seconds 15 second cd

 

E- Sabre rounds, whenever khorhal aa's a hero he steals 5% ms and 3 weapon damage stacking up to 3/4/5/6 times

 

R- reinforcements, khorhal calls down a drop pod with a son of khorhal in it, a son of khorhal has 50% of khorhals hp and weapon damage, khorhals aa and movement speed, benefit from the current level of saber rounds, and cast stimpack at its current level whenever you do, apply on hit affects upon aa, can have 2/3/4 sons of khorhal, each son of khorhal is worth 100 minerals if killed, reinforcements has a 60/45/30 second cooldown

Whenever you want to make a new hero you want to clearly state a few things:

 

-what is this hero's role -> what function do you want it to carry out? How is it similar and different from other heroes that fill a similar role? In which situation is it better and when is it worse? How well do you intend for it to perform at the different stages of the game? What are the optimal skill combos? etc...

 

-from what I can see, Q does not synergize at all with any other skill he has. it scales with weapon damage, yet he has 50% damage reduction, for example. He steals movement speed with e, yet he is stationary while using Q. He has no CC, and probably a very bad early game (deals damage to himself, yet is AA champ, not tank, has a hard time last-hitting, no ganking abilities, etc), he requires a LOT of items, but lategame when he gets it, armor will destroy him (because it as good as double-procs against him).

How is his last hitting bad he has doubled aa speed, it just requires slightly more skill, and armor will not destroy him AOS armor is not sc2 armor sc2 armor reduces each instance of damage by a set amount, AOS armor is a percentage reduction and there is no damage block in AOS, this hero is supposed to be a lane pushing semi-carry who can 1v1 pretty well although he basically makes it 1v3 with his marines each about half as damaging as him and half as survivable

 

Edit: to your second part, no he doesn't have a 50% weapon damage reduction, his aa's only deal 50% of his weapon damage, and the q is wave clear and aslow to combo with the sons of khorhal for a better chance to kill

What he means is that if you only deal 50% dmg then getting the last hit in is more difficult than if you had a slow attack speed that dealt more damage. Your hero would on average probably get more last hits if you just A-move but if you are actually trying to wait and attack to get the last hit it will be harder(not impossible, just harder).

This hero is supposed to not be to difficult to start playing but have a high skill ceiling (like RoA tass) who was easy to get into but until you got good at him you weren't playing one of the strongest heroes in the game, this hero is all about micro

 

Thats fine, but its not fun to play an aa hero(who desperately needs lasts hits), that will have a harder time last hitting. It also means that another aa hero, if they so desired, would be able to deny all the creeps from you.
