Starting stats

Str: 23 + 2.3 lvl

Agi: 15 + 1.3 lvl

Int: 25 + 2.9 lvl

Fatso is a tanky int caster who excels at poking enemies down from long range while providing tankiness

 

Hp- tentacle spam instead of an auto attack fatso utilizes a giant underground tentacle which can be auto cast, leaves an indicator ring at its target point, after 1 second a tentacle erupts from the ground dealing 50/100/150/200 plus 50% int spell damage in a one unit radius AOE 3 second cd 12 range, damage scales with levels in stats

 

Q- reconstitution (passive) whenever fatso takes damage he regents hp equal to 10/20/30/40% of the damage taken over 10 seconds (the numbers can go way down on this one if needed to balance)

Uses: poke prevention, sustain, live longer in teamfights

 

W- vomit Fatso fires a ball of vomit which deals 25/50/75/100 plus 50% int in a 2 unit AOE around the first enemy unit it hits, and slows weapon speed by 20/30/40/50% for 3 seconds, 8 second cd, costs 50/75/100/125 energy 10 range

Uses: poke, primarily an anti carry soft cc

 

E- spore explosion fatso unleashes a wave of spores whenever cast or takes 400/350/300/250 damage within 5 seconds deals 100/150/200/250 plus 30% int in a 6 unit AOE around fatso, passively life stealing off of fatso is 50% less effective 4 second cd, costs 50 energy if casts 0 if unleashed by damage, damage pops do not put this spell on cd and can happen while it is on cd

Uses: farming, poking, retaliatory damage

 

R- giant tendril, fatso targets an enemy, then charges for 2 seconds afterwards unleashing a giant tendril that knocks up the target and all enemies within 3 units of it for 2.5 seconds dealing 200/300/400 plus 75% int afterwards slows ms and as by 30/50/70% for 3 seconds 120/110/100 second cd, coats 100/150/200 energy shows a targeting indicator similar to up except it moves with the target and is 3 units in radius instead of 1 unit radius

Uses: disable enemy carry, knock up entire enemy team, finishing nuke, initiation

 

This hero is supposed to be an anti carry tank initiator who can deal damage but has low enough scaling that most people should build tank on him, fatso is good at punishing bad aa carries who stand in one place and murder the entire enemy team by doing massive aa speed slows and also significant damage to anyone who stands still to long, the reason the hp scales with stats is to force an even harder discision leveling wise on the player, do I get early stats do I max q for more survivability, to I max w for more aa slows, do I max e for better retaliation vs carries?

No it's targeted but keep in mind the 2 second channel, and how will a 20% aa speed slow make aa heroes worthless in lane, raynor can perma silence people but nobody complains about him making casters worthless, even if you max vomit it still will only be a 3 second 40 or 50% aa speed slow which is strong but not brokenly so, this hero is supposed to counter aa heroes and keep in mind the w deals very below average damage, his hp hits harder if you skill stats

Hmm 3 second duration with a 8 second CD...that means the AA that is targeted will only have about a 5 second window when he/she is unaffected. Maybe make the skill a skillshot?
