Game Sys

-Disabled -fct (causing too much lag)

- Fixed error in creep kill system that caused KDA Modifier to count incorrectly

 

Anthrax

- Fixed E always apply block to self instead of target

- R dmg lowered 175/300/425 -> 150/250/350. Now shows an aoe indicator to allies and self telling teammates where you are going

 

Warfield

- Weapon Range 5.5 -> 5.25

- E Energy Cost 60/55/50/45 -> 55/51/47/43

 

Pyro

- Heroic Passive Dmg vs non heroic x2 -> x1

- W Duration 8s -> 7s. CD 14s -> 15s

- E CD 18/17/16/15 -> 22/20/18/16

 

Savage

- Fixed Q killing missiles @__@

 

Darpa

- Reworked R, fixing abusable lag issues with it. Now has 3 charges.

 

Narud

- Q Cost 50/45/40/35 -> 44/40/38/34

- Marauder Hp 70 + 34*Lvl -> 70 + 30*Lvl. Dmg 14 + 6* Lvl + 20% INT -> 12 + 6*Lvl + 17% INT

- R Missile Radius 1u -> 1.5u

 

Alexei

- Q range 8u -> 9u

 

Null

- Fixed E sometimes doing double dmg.

- E Dmg at most 2x per second -> 1x per second

- R CD 80/60/40 -> 100/75/50. Cost 100/120/140 -> 130/150/170

 

Drake

- Q Cd 18/17/16/15 -> 26/25/24/23. CD is reduced by 10s if you pull atleast one hero.

- R Dmg 300/450/600 -> 250/375/500

 

Kerrigan

- Heroic Passive Heal 3% Target's Max Hp -> 2% Target's Max Hp

- W Damage Reduction Per Bounce -25% -> -33%

- E Damage Per Mark +10% -> + 15%

 

Darpa

- AA Range 5.5 -> 5.75

 

Gara

- Turrets CD 15s -> 20s. Turrets Energy Cost 80/110/140/170 -> 100/120/140/160. Turrets Dmg 20/30/40/50 + 10% Int -> 20/30/40/50 + 12% Int. Bounty 24 Minerals -> 32 Minerals.

- R CD 60/45/30 -> 75/60/45. R Cost 150/300/450 -> 150/200/250

 

Cow

- Q Base Dmg 70/130/190/250 + 50% Int -> 90/150/210/270 + 60% Int

- Echo Matrix Dmg 8/12/16/20 + 6% Int -> 10/15/20/25 + 8% Int. Heroes echo 3x -> 2x dmg

 

Vorpal

- Now respawns with all 7 orbs. Passive Orb CD 20s -> 18s

- R Cost 3 Orbs -> 2 Orbs

 

Cyprus

- Pillars pushed by W will last for 5 seconds after push -> last 10 more seconds ontop of whatever their previous duration.

 

Erekul

- Masochist CDR now has internal cd of .33s (can proc at most 3x per second)

- Parasitic Infusion Range 6 -> 5. Leash Range 8 -> 6

- AA Range 5 -> 4.5

 

Toxi

- AA Range 6 -> 5.75

 

Cain

- E Max Attacks 3/4/5/6 -> 4/5/6/7

 

Tass

- Clone has 50 + 40*Lvl + 100% Int -> 50 + 45*Lvl + 100% Int Hp

- Units being Soul Drained take +50% Weapon Damage from Tassadar's AA's

- Max Soul Drain duration 5s -> 7s

 

Maar (temporary fixes)

- Creator Aura 15/30/45/60 + 10% Int -> 10/15/20/25 + 5% Int

- Destroyer Aura now deals Half Damage vs Non-Heroic

- Sap Dmg 125% -> 100% Int

- Frost Wave 2.25s Slow -> 1.5s Slow

Serious question, what does it mean maar temporary changes? Are they going to be more of the same changes or different changes (i.e. vision reduction changes)?

Btw, love the infinite patches!

 

Edit: also, for Emil, the tooltip says that the Locus of Power orbs can't be destroyed by anything except towers. I was trying in single player mode and I've noticed that towers don't attack them.

I don't understand why Anthrax's main attribute is Agility but it has one of the worst agility stats in the game. I also don't understand at all the purpose of the hero, I don't see it fitting too much in competitive games.

 

In the other hand Narud has interesting mechanics and Warfield looks like a decent carry.

It is true you played cow vs a dustin someone first picked in an ih yesterday haha.

 

Even so, a cow with 4 final items was dealing over 1500 dmg to me 2 days ago with only 1 toilet at full distance. Luckilly I had over 2k hp.

I believe that a hero that can, with 4 final build items (and no yamato) deal over 1500 should be checked, any non-tankish hero would have been killed I had spell buffer + taser on me too!

Is the zeratul W passive supposed to be nullified completely if you are silenced? I was playing zera and AAing a kerrigan got her to the 6x W stack, low enough to end her, and darpa comes in with a silence. I die and my W stacks on kerrigan were wiped off clean for the kerrigan. I mean I can understand additional W's not applying during the silence but previously applied W stacks should still apply don't you think? Please advise.

STACKING SILENCE? OR DO YOU MEAN ONLY WITH DIFFERENT UNIQUE?

- Creator Aura 15/30/45/60 + 10% Int -> 10/15/20/25 + 5% Int

- Destroyer Aura now deals Half Damage vs Non-Heroic

- Sap Dmg 125% -> 100% Int

- Frost Wave 2.25s Slow -> 1.5s Slow

Well now Maar is no longer a viable mid lane hero. Seems he can't heal now also. Sap is probably useless now. The main reason for using frost wave is also nerfed. Great job, Devs. You really hit the nail on the head with this one.
