Sometimes toilets continuously flush, wasting water and generally being annoying. You can call someone for it if you want to, but it is not necessary. All you need to do is check inside the bowl, and you will probably pretty quickly find the problem. Make sure the moving part seem to moving as they should. The toilet is actually quite a simple machine. Even if you know nothing about it you will probably be able to see how it works. Be sure to be very careful to check everything, and if the problem persists than you should probably call someone to come check it out. I know a handyman... his name is Terry. He is fairly inexpensive, and might even solve this problem free of charge.
