My Opinion on Current Balance: Again!

Item/Hero: Darksteel Titan

Problem:50% weapon speed slow, and 3 charges??? As much as I like destroying all those people that play nothing but Agility DPS....seems a bit overpowered in my opinion.

Suggested Change/Fix: Lower the weapon speed slow, or reduce charges.

 

Item/Hero: Omega Starscream

Problem: Skill discrepancy. Why does Q scale from weapon damage and R scale from intelligence? Makes no sense to me at all whatsoever.

Suggested Change/Fix:Just make them scale from the same source, or make R true damage or something.

 

Item/Hero: Geminus Boros

Problem: Laning is killer for Boros, and without proper farm, Boros gets destroyed. His ultimate is countered relatively easily by smoke, or even by nearby creep, and he is simply too slow to attempt Auto-Attack successfully for any long duration until the mid-late/late game.

Suggested Change/Fix: One or more of the following:

1. Allow SpellStorm (Q) to also provide movement speed/slow debuff

 

2. Change Omnislash mechanics.

Ex. Lower the number of slashes, and instead make them hit only heroic units.

 

Item/Hero: Everthirst

Problem: The item's unique is rather sub-par compared to other options.

Suggested Change/Fix: Lower life regenerated percentage, make it from Max Health.

 

Item/Hero: Darwin's Might

Problem:The internal cooldown on the item makes it virtually worthless in a team fight, making it only useful for sustain, which is redundant on Strength heroes (who are the only ones on which this item would be really viable on).

Suggested Change/Fix: Eliminate internal cooldown, make the item unique a active.

 

Do realize that all of these statements are completely subjective according to my opinion. I do not claim that they are correct.

If you make darwin not have internal cd, then you have to massively nerf the effect......if you have a hard time with boros I have no idea what's wrong.......... even if they dodge every bola you throw, you can still calmly sit at twoer and get virtually every creep, ignoring long range spell poke with ss and relying on tower to discourge medium range aa poke.

I think you missed the "make unique a active" part on Darwin.
