Cerbero/Pyre/FoE/AtomSmasher/ShadowMourne/Sliptide-> Sell Cerebro (Get explosive), Sell FoE (Get CoA).

 

 

Of course don't build in that order. For example I would Start Durans, Lightning Rod, Hammer, Pyre, AtomSmasher, Cerebro, Shadowmourne, Sliptide, then replace Cerebro/FoE for Explosive/CoA.

 

That's just a random mash up though, depends on the situation. Heavy spell damage? Get a Galactic. Massive trouble with AA's? DST. This is just a generic pub build which will get you kills - as long as you survive the squishy early game. Reasons I don't really advocate Contam in pubs is that you will rarely hitting a single target that long for it to be worth the trouble. Sliptide makes you more like a sleuth and mobile, and AtomSmasher makes it really hard for people to escape when you spam Q (in accordance with Rip'n'Tear passive).

 

Lightning Rod/Cerebro are good early/mid but weaken as your HP increases and the heal is worth less than before, when your weapon damage increases explosive is superior. I mean I would position Explosive slightly earlier in games where creeps are plentiful. I replace FoE with CoA cause I'm greedy for weapon speed - but tactically it's probably better to have FoE due to the slow - and its passive. CoA/GD can scale really well.

Yeah I usually stick with foe, because I just hate it when people get away just by the skin of their teeth, and if I had an aa slow I could have had them.

Learning how to play tychus won't stop your premade being stomped by us harryhoot.

 

I wouldn't recommend Duran items for tychus. Start with hatchet and the 200 gold STR item. Then build weapon damage, not weapon speed. Pulse hammer is a good item to get first. Then you can get coa.

I usually get hatchet as first item, and either pulse after or buckler plus rod for a better farm,

Normally I like to go hatchet > pulse > rod which has slow, farm and isn't too squishy.

sometimes it's viable to go coa early if your team can make use out of it, otherwise i go straight for pyre.

Then finish foe and build smasher and i have tons of cc and spelldamage and I am very tanky. Everything else situational, coa/shadowmourne/galactic/explosive/cerebro/dst/cont shard
