TaxHaven
Just finished FT, and need something else to fill the void it left behind. Took some time to read the thread of general discussion on anime but didn't find what I was looking for. Someone recommend me some good animes, preferably comedy/fantasy/thriller/action or whatever. Nothing too long though please, preferably sub 70 episodes. Recently I've seen Baka to Test series, FT, Mirai Nikki, Zetsuen, IS+IS2, Fate series and Noucome. taznkid
Stupid Ones That I Used to Waste Time: G Gundam (add up all the time that the main character spends saying his moves/catch phrases. See what you get.) Yu-Gi-Oh! (Barely finished first season, not going any further) Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal (See above) Yu-Gi-Oh! GX (decent storyline starting from late season 2 and onwards) Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds (decent storyline for once) Pokemon (I watched the first 10 episodes or so, wondered how the hell I liked this as a kid, then never came back again...I do however occasionally use search engines to find out if our aptly named protagonist keeps frying girls' bikes...maybe it's a new way to pick up ladies??) Science Fiction: Accel World Gundam Wing Gundam Seed Gundam Seed Destiny Infinite Stratos (both seasons) Macross Frontier Sword Art Online Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagaan Comedy/Romance: DNAngel (was actually decent to my surprise) Date a Live Freezing (a bit graphic, stopped after season 1) Hayate no Gotoku (all seasons) Kore Wa Zombie Desuka? Maoyuu Maou Yuusha (terrible storyline, yet somehow kept me hooked) Omamori no Himari (actually...it was kind of...ehhh...) Samurai Harem (actually decent) The Devil is a Part-Timer The Familiar of Zero (all seasons) Tsukyomi: Moon Phase Action/Fantasy/Shounen: Attack on Titan Aria the Scarlet Ammo Avatar: The Last Airbender (does this count??) Beelzebub Bleach Btooom! Buso Renkin Campione! Chrome Shelled Regios Dragon Crisis! Elemental Gelade Fairy Tail Gash Bell! Horizon in the MIddle of Nowhere (really confusing) Inuyasha Inuyasha: The Final Act Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Kaze no Stigma Kekkaishi MAR Medaka Box Naruto Naruto Shippuden One Piece Soul Eater Shakugan no Shana (seasons 1 and 2) Others (the ones that really make you think and therefore stand out): Mawaru no Penguindrum Puella Magi Madoka Magica In Progress of Watching: Tokyo Ravens Strike the Blood Valverave (or however the heck you spell it) Considering Watching/Finishing (should I watch these or not): Angel Beats! Clannad Deadman Wonderland Death Note Dragonaut: The Resonance Gintama (I don't really go for anything that is PURE comedy...) Guilty Crown (but but....it's so flobing sad I want to kill the director!) Gundam 00 Rave Master Shakugan no Shana (season 3) Stein's Gate Toriko Watched and Hated or Gave Up: Full Metal Alchemist (I don't know what it is about it, but it just gets me depressed and lethargic) Vampire Knight (I keep thinking they will kill each other and we get to see some nice action...only later I realized its meant to completely be a love story...what a freaking let down, the plot wasn't even any good) I posted this on another thread. I think this might be one of the largest singular list on the sub-forums. Surely you can find something from all of these...
TaxHaven
I know you posted this, but I've gone through the list and most I've seen or I'm not interested(given up after a few eps). Thanks anyways
Banzaiguy
You could try some of the newer series, such as Noragami Samurai Flamenco Witch Craft Works Wizard Barristers Nobunaga the Fool Nobunagun By order of merit :P

Midknight
To Aru Majutsu no Index and To Aru Kaguku no Railgun. They're sort of twin series that focus around different characters in same overarching story. Index was technically the first one to be made, but the events of the first season of Railgun happened first and the events of the first season of Index line up with the events of the second season of Railgun. They're planning to continue the series for both after the manga gets a bit further.

martY
Recently watched the entire series of Paranoia Agent with a friend (it's just one season). It was far more existential than I had anticipated and reallllllllllly flobing dark. I think it makes much more sense to non-westerners because of the way eastern cultures internalize emotions, but the themes, art and characters were all very well done. Fair warning: it has the most annoying intro song on the planet. I'd rather hit myself in the face with tack hammer than listen to it again.
