Talents 2-1-3 or 3-1-2

Core items: Black Hole Magnum, Timesplitter, Energy Saber

Situational: Explosive Retrofit, Eternity, Pyre, Contam Shard, Galactic Defender, Phantom Menace, Sliptyde, Yamato Reactor, Shinobi

I agree on talents. I would take out Timesplitter as a core item and replace it with Galactic Defender. Obviously this make him more burst than AA, every build is situational. Unless they have an AA that can reach into your bubble, Timesplitter is really not that needed unless you are going slightly more AA than pure burst. For weapon speed I'd go Pyre though... Just so cheap. I usually go Hatchet>Machete>Stun knife>Ocelot>then it really depends on the particualr game, but core items: BHM, Galactic, Energy Saber.

Yea I agree that timesplitter makes him less burst and more AA... however I think the stun on timesplitter combined with the stun from planar combined with the 5 second "stun" from Chronosphere is a really powerful combo.

Like you said I should have put galactic as the core item and note that I prefer to play with Timesplitter when I go him.

2-1-3 Might/Fury/Health/Swiftness/ Youth or Cooldown Reduction/Wealth

3-1-2 Might/ Fury/ Veteran / Health / Swiftness / Youth

The bottum is really the go to talent tree for Jungling zera's. The top allows you to get machete before going out onto the field. Just depends on your play style.

Yea sorry I should have specified, I more or less assumed 3-1-2 was for jungling. Just didn't know if there was a specific reason for 2-1-3 other then having the machete when leaving the pool or not.

I tend to go 3-1-2 in pub games if I see there is another hero who be jungling as well. Like a Shade, Boros, Nova or other hard carry. The reason I say this is in most Pubs there isn't just a set someone who jungles. Usually I see most everyone taking the nuetrals as soon as they pop up if they are near them. So to answer you question I usually go 2-1-3 in pubs and 3-1-2 in IH.

I like 2-1-3 as well in pubs. Might and Fury are a must for every AA in almost any situation. Health talent is a must in every build. Swiftness is a must on every hero and any build. Youth is pretty vital early game as well on zera since you need it for damage/initiation. Basically, you're really only left with 1 talent to mess around with.

I prefer getting demigod for zera, in laning phase go safe lane, kill a creep, phase strike enemy hero and run, rinse and repeat.

For items I prefer hatchet --> machette --> ocelot (or drop the hatchet for faster machette), then it depends. If enemy love tower diving I will get stun knife first to punish them with q + stuns when they dive or e + q + stun for initiation. If there are many squishies that can be burst down in 1-2 hits rush bhm first.

I have been toying with a sliptide first build these days, i.e. start build sliptide after ocelot, before stun knife or bhm. In a typical game without too much feeding you should be able to get it around lvl 11, and the extra spell dmg hurts as the hero wont have too much hp/spell resist around this timing. Also, the extra agi adds up as you should have maxed w, burst of ocelot + fixed spell dmg from sliptide + w all adds up in bubble.
