Iscariot Posted January 30, 2014 Report Share Posted January 30, 2014 I apologize in advance if this is not thread-worthy. I play vastly on Public on NA server using id, [NrG]Isacriot. I've out grown the phase of pubbing, and now looking for a competitive team to join. I know that IH is A LOT more intense and competitive, but I want to give it a shot. However, from the perspective of frequent Pub user, I've witnessed so many big teams with weak players(not saying all is bad, minority can be good)... and some teams that give me automatic high expectation of free win. So what are some of good inhouse teams that are widely recognized? And if you guys can point me to the right direction, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks! Find the channel with the biggest group of people and ask if there is a IH going on. Tell them your new and you want to play. They should give you a spot. NA is pretty welcoming to new players. Doom Posted January 30, 2014 Report Share Posted January 30, 2014 As long as you know to buy a crapton of wards and where to place them, look at the map at least occasionally, and can play at least 3-5 of: MK, Queen, Vergil, Drake, Micro, LZ, Vergil, Nova, Darpa, Null, Rory, Toxi, Tosh, any other common IH picks I may have forgotten, at a decent level, there is almost no one that won't be happy to have you on their team. Quidditch is right, that mumble (talking in game program) is the place where all the best players go. I organize the in-house league, and know all the clans pretty well. There are many solid teams on NA as well as in EU. The major clans are: (who compete in the league) SLP; lAOSl; HFP; Exile (exLLe); GIJoe (gLjoe); UFAM (T/N/U-FAM); M82; PlzRQ; BSL; Pcobra. Clans that exist that do not play in the league (since they are a little smaller, but still have solid players) chuchu; rDunn; r0yal; ROMPIN; HCF; XOFS; i am sure there are a few more I'm forgetting right now. He's literally one of the worst BM players I've ever come across, both to his team and to the others. I only recall that he was in there because he BMd horrible in a few games I was in, then later on sent me a message saying he added me to friends and wanted to play with me because he liked winning, hah. Then he proceeded to join games I was in and if things went poorly for him, he raged out and it was just annoying in general. I was the only one who could draft for so long ... (texasraider bein the only other one now lol ) and still no effort in making this clan better (from me) was rewarded .... they all aa creeps still.... stealin junglers farm .... no warding at all .... i know this sounds mean but to be honest im at a point where why would like to join a more serious clan ... since i get bm every pub game ... EVERY FCKIN game nearly. i still like brute because he is ... how he is x) weird to say something like this ... but hes playin cow every game and never even tries the build i told him ... If we have 10 guys online, we IH, if not, we pub stomp. You'll find me solo a decent amount too because I don't tend to have the patience to wait around if everyone else is in games. Other clans probably don't recognize our IH as much because all of our IH games contain 7+ players from EXILE, so we don't run with too many players from other clans except in league games. We also don't rely on mumble that heavily for finding players. We have at least one IH match almost every night of the week. As far as the original request goes Iscariot, we played you last night when four of us came into a pub stomp, suffice it to say it wasn't a stomp, and, though we won, you guys gave us a good match. You were the best player on your team and I was impressed enough to notice your efforts with Boros. I don't know how many other heroes you play, but your boros was better than most of the players I've come across in league. I'm not an officer in EXILE, but if you add me, I'll try and get you in the next time we're a few guys short for IH and it may result in an invite, if you're interested in joining EXILE.
