Script:The younger brother of Vespus Rimeling was in the same evolution program that created Vespus. When Kerrigan left the moon Kaldir, she left behind all the zerg to weak to fight for her cause. Rimeling losing the swarm host was never able to evolve into a Toximancer. But he lived briefly consuming the other Zerg but soon his food source grew scarce. Forcing him to evolve to the harsh climate of the moon. Using toxins and adapting the cold it self He soon became a deadly robust creature. Rumors of the Ice Demon of Kaldir soon reached far and wide and Rimeling was recruited to battle in the Sanctum.

Reducing the leach from aa heroes. To reducing the health regain from Drakes ult

  • Helps scure kills for Rimeling and his Team.

Toxic Mist [Q]

"Rimeling leaves a trail of Toxic Mist that is equally cold as poisonous. The trail is 1 unit wide and lingers for 3 seconds. The trails does a base damage and adds a stack of poison per second. Units effected by poison are damaged for 3 seconds even when they leave the trail. Being in the trail refreshes the duration. It doesn't stack"

 

Level 1: 15 (10% int scaling) +Poison

Level 2: 30 (15% int scaling) +Poison

Level 3: 45 (20% int scaling) +Poison

Level 4: 60 (25% int scaling) +Poison

 

Energy Cost: 15 mana per second

Cooldown: Toggle with 2 seconds between toggles.

In Depth Skill Explanation:

Animation: Posion Cloud tinted blue.

 

Possible Uses:

AOE Posion dealing more damage the more people it infects. Great in Team Fights

 

When Playing:

  • Easily applies a stack of Hypothermia to enmies.

When Playing Against:

  • Avoid the trail and dont chase Rimeling unless your sure you can secure the kill. He wants you to chase him.

"Rimeling expunges a cold dense air that freezes the ground that freezes anything over it to the ground. Reduces movement speed in a 4unit aoe"

Level 3: Reduces Move Speed by 50%

Level 4: Reduces Move Speed by 60%

Cooldown: 25/20/17/15

Animation: 4 unit snow terrain appears where cast.

 

Possible Uses:

Offensively keeping enemies from escaping. Defensibly Allowing you to escape.

 

When Playing:

  • Helps hold enemies in place to allow your team to secure a kill.

When Playing Against:

  • Avoid the easily seeable skill. Buy a Paralax.

In Depth Skill Explanation:

Animation: Basic Rolling animation from SC2

 

Possible Uses:

Use this to initate a team fight. Targeted units can be flung over walls up and down cliffs. Can be used as an escape.

 

When Playing:

  • Use it to fling that ADC into your team. Or take the MS bonus and run from a dangerious situation.

When Playing Against:

  • Keep your distance. This still is melee so its easily stoped with stuns and slows.

Ice Bound [R]

"Rimeling eurupts the pocket of toxic cold on his back covering his body in a Hoarforst of toxic chemicals that enhance him in several ways. Also enemy units who attack Rimeling during this duration take a stack of posion."

 

Level 1: Rimeling gains 15 Strenght 15 Agility 25 Int 20% Move Speed 15% Spell Resist for 8 seconds

Level 2: Rimeling gains 25 Strenght 25 Agility 50 Int 25% Move Speed 20% Spell Resist for 8 seconds

Level 3: Rimeling gains 35 Strenght 35 Agility 75 Int 30% Move Speed 25% Spell Resist for 8 seconds

 

Energy Cost:200/225/250

Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds

Range: N/A

 

In Depth Skill Explanation:

Animation: When activate a baneling death animation happens and Rimeling turns a deeper shade of blue.

 

Possible Uses:

Personal buff to be used in team fights or in a 1v1 situation.

 

When Playing:

  • Give Rimeling move speed and sustain also giving him a boost of Int to further his damage. Also to be used as an escape.

When Playing Against:

  • Dont chase Rimeling. Slows and Stuns still greatly effect this hero.

Rimeling' Job is to cause as much disruption as he can in a team fight. He is an excellent team fighter with so so initiation but excellent CC. Stick a Nitro on him for massive aoe slows along with his W. Rimeling wants enemies to chase him. He is a real strong split pusher but doesn't deal much damage to towers him self. He has great escape mechanics. But he is a melee hero and all his skills are melee. Stuns and Slows greatly reduce the effectiveness of this hero. Rimelings Passive is great in team fights it helps counter high leaching aa heroes or if there is a Medic or Egon on the other team.

 

I would build this hero with 4 core items.

1. Ihan

2. Nitro

3. Ancient Rune

4. Yamato Reactor

 

The last two spots I would fill with some of these.

1. Gravity Edge

2. Korhal

3. Dark Steel

4. Spell Buffer

5. Organic

6. Paralax

7. Chilling Artifact

8. Silver Soul

9. Electric Mantle.

10. Impact Dial.

 

The Poison stacks are based off of Eco's new mechanics. Poison is non stacking.

 

P.S Yes this hero concept was greatly influenced from Singed.

go away this is the best hero design ever, Adam's and Quistman can suck it.

 

Eco will make this hero before any in the competition.

How long does E last? Because I'm picturing him with a raptor, doing a patrol command over a unit space of about 5, basically playing keep-ups with an enemy hero, who is all the while taking damage from the frozen trail....

 

prob like 5 seconds, But tbh there are a few mechanical problems with the E. I dont know if it can be coded to work the way i want it to. I want it to be an non target able so it can be used as a general speed buff, But i i want it to be target able also. So that way you can click an enemy in the middle of the creep wave so it doesn't proc on a stalker or some crap that happens to be standing in front of the hero.

I don't think your E should be able to target the enemy, since it would lower the skill required and make the skill have less counter-play. It is already very powerful from the size able speed buff and the flip, it should require skill and have counter-play.

Id rather get rid of the move speed buff then to have it set up that what ever i run into first get flipped.
