Anyways, the clan I joined recently, IAOSI, was accepting players to help them and get them into inhouse games, and I think they still are. There is an old topic in the Aeon of Storms chat section if you want to check there and post, otherwise you can just private message Ginosaji (he posts in quite a few topics here, so just look for his name and click on it) and ask about joining the clan.
