Moo
The build I have been going is Intelligence. Machette, Miners goggles, Ihan, Twin Paradox Isolator (I think this is what it is called, but it is just the timescale active part of yamato reactor), Nitrogen Retrofit, Gravity Edge, Symphonic Seeds, Yamato Reactor, either electric mantle or a tanky item if needed. Machette gives insane sustain to lurker, as his auto-attack mechanic of a line lets you gain 56 hp per auto-attack from durans machete if you hit all four melee creeps by burrowing on one end of the line they make. Miners goggles for early game survivability, minerals over time, and it builds into symphonic seeds later. Ihan for tankiness, more sustain, and int, I get it early so it can stack faster. TPI for timescale, energy regen, and int for a cheap price, and it builds into yamato reactor which I think is a must-have on int lurker. Nitrogen for more tankiness, int, and a slow on your ulti that gives great chasing and escaping. Gravity edge for more movespeed and huge damage increase. Symphonic seeds for cdr, int, energy regen, and its passive will almost always proc in a fight since your ult can hit the entire enemy team and it lets you use your stun and timescale skills very often while sustaining your ulti's energy drain. Yamato reactor gives a good increase to damage, huge increase to movespeed, and makes your skills cd very low. Last item is for more tankiness and movespeed, or just more tankiness if you are having trouble surviving. Please share your builds on Lurker and playstyles, I am still looking to improve my own play with him, but I have found this build to be very effective. This is an int build, which I think only god can decide it gonna be huge or useless... Ur ult is random so yea, dps ( DO NOT GET SHADOWMOURNE ) + Q stun maybe better since Terminal is rarely use in ih because he trade his mobility for attack while burrow ( Mean in pubs it work better :/ )

The ulti chance of hitting is actually quite high, stun scales off int very well, and with all the timescale from w and yamato your ulti's spikes pop up so often it would be an act of god not to deal huge damage. Dps lurker is quite bad, even in pubs it is difficult to have success as it is harder to get fed playing lurker than most other heroes in my own experience, and even when fed they can just run while you are burrowed unless they are stupid (possible since you had to get fed off someone). heimdallr

Start stun, get machete go to hellbat, burrow and enjoy first blood, there you go. Start to snowball.
Moo
Start stun, get machete go to hellbat, burrow and enjoy first blood, there you go. Start to snowball. It is pretty difficult to get a lot of kills after the first cheesy one (and trolling by cheese ganking is quite fun, only reason I ever play shadow ^^) it is hard to snowball your lead except by farming as much as possible, which you could do without cheese ganking and it doesn't get the enemy far behind. Int lurker is also much, much stronger late game.

Energy Saber ( While it still OP ) - Explosive - Sliptide = dps Nitrogen - Gravity - DST/Galatic/Organic, choose one = spell/defense Talent : Might - Fury - Fitness - Youth - Swift - Wealth ( for machete or lost treasure, choose to gank or not :/ )
atomheartman
Tested Lurker about 10 games - too hard to understand him. Int build was nerfed and looks like simply 1 korhal or spell buffer counters it hard. Tried AA-buddy - works better. go speed items first - stunknife for stuns and CoA for health and speed or whenever you want -just max your AS (but Stun/Splitter works great) other items: Explosive and Dwarvin for leech. Go mid lane only for few waves of creep - if your enemy is smart enough he will buy ward. Change lane if there is raynor, nova, rancor, drake, boros - they will kill you. The main problem for Terminal is that this is the solo hero coz he kill creep wave is a second and no one want to stay with him but he need support. So your main goal is farm and survive - buy ward for ganks. Its funny but for this most immobile hero mobility is the most important thing. burrow-few aa - unborrow - move a bit - repeat. in 1-2 minutes go jungle/change lane/shop - dont let your enemy put attention on you - be a ninja. You will shine in mid/late game epic teamfights with your massive aoe damage with q and timesplitter and leech will help you.
ginosaji
I usually end up with Gravity, Nitro, Yamato, for sure as a damage source. The rest is somewhat situational.
Gwolla
Machete -> lightning rod -> nitrogen is usually my starting build. After that theres alot of choices. But going weapon dmg with explosive and some weapon speed item is mad fun ;)
Zombieee
I want old lurker back with normal scaling on ulti. I used to love playing it. But now i dont feel its good enough for inhouse. What a shame.
Moo
They nerfed lurker's ulti?
atomheartman
Yea, ulti was too strong. im still think that his strength in AA - had godlike with him with 1200dps, insane aoe damage - just imagine his damage output in teamfights - if 5 enemy heroes attacked with AA it will be about 6000dps and keep in mind Explosive retrofit damage. Start with LBarb Get Cloack/knife Final build: Shinobi - for get in/out Splitter for good ammount of stuns GD(optional) Khali Explosive retrofit replace Lethal for some situational item like arcbound or whatever you want ALSO HUGE BUG - MICRO CAN THROW LURKER WHILE HE IS BURROWED WITHOUT ANY WARDS Edited November 19, 2013 by atomheartman
Grantypoo
I was under the impression Micro can throw any hero, whether cloaked, burrowed or otherwise hidden (shadows ult) even if he has no sight of the target. It just has to be within range. I havent played Micro for quite a while but that seems to be what I recall, I can almost 100% positively remember grabbing Unix from underground when I knew he had to be close and giving him a toss. Midknight
AFAIK, toss will work if an invisible hero just so happens to be closer than another valid target, but if invisible heroes are the only valid targets, you can't find them. No way, you cant throw rancor. I think this is not normal that he can throw burrowed units. And i saw when Micro attempts to throw unix and he cant do that. And you can't throw burrowed Bio. So why he can do that with Lurker?? Edited November 20, 2013 by atomheartman

atomheartman
Does stun knife proc on all targets hit by the aa? Nope. But Explosive!111!!! If you hit 3 heroes they will receive 100% aa-damage each and you will hit them with 2*70% additional spell damage And checkout my aa-build - works good.
