At the culmination of his plan Narud was defeated and nearly killed by Sarah Kerrigan. Now completely healed he fights in the Imperial Sanctum, loyally following the wishes of the Dark Voice.

Ability One: Fatal desperation

 

Narud focus his hatred to an enemy, silencing him and lowering his spell resist during his True Form.

Level 1: silence the target for 3 sec. During the True Form the subject lose 20% spell resist.

 

Level 2: silence the target for 4 sec. During the True Form the subject lose 25% spell resist.

 

Level 3: silence the target for 5 sec. During the True Form the subject lose 30% spell resist.

 

Level 4: silence the target for 6 sec. During the True Form the subject lose 35% spell resist.

Ability Two: Mental blade (Togleble)

 

Narud charge his attacks every few seconds, causing his next attack to deal bonus Spell Damage and slow the target's Movement Speed during his True Form for 2 sec."

Narud fires a powerful beam in a line. The first hero or neutral creep hit will suffer a great damage and lose a % of his stats for 6 seconds.

Level 1: beam deals 90+[50%INT] spell damage and enemy hero loses 5% of their stats. During the True Form Narud gain the stats lost in these way for 6 seconds.

 

Level 2: beam deals 160+[50%INT] spell damage and enemy hero loses 10% of their stats. During the True Form Narud gain the stats lost in these way for 6 seconds.

 

Level 3: beam deals 230+[50%INT] spell damage and enemy hero loses 15% of their stats. During the True Form Narud gain the stats lost in these way for 6 seconds.

 

Level 4: beam deals 300+[50%INT] spell damage and enemy hero loses 20% of their stats. During the True Form Narud gain the stats lost in these way for 6 seconds.

 

 

Effect: Not obstructed by terrain, towers or wave creep. For the rest is like Grunty’s rocket except for the AoE.

Narud stay still in position until the beam has traveled 13 units, it should be 1 second or so.

Ultimate Ability: True Form

Narud regain some appearance of his true self, increasing his abilities’ effect, gaining bonus attack range and spell resist.

 

Energy Cost: 100/200/300

 

Cooldown: 140/120/100

 

Range: n/a

 

Level 1: +2 range attack, +10% spell resist. Last 14 sec.

 

Level 2: +4 range attack, +15% spell resist. Last 16 sec.

 

Level 3: +6 range attack, +20% spell resist. Last 18 sec.

 

 

Effect: Narud grows a little and gains that transparent greenish appearance from the mission phantoms of the void.

The hero looks very weak to me. He has one reliable damage skill, a silence and a useless skill except while he is in ulti form. What type of hero do you want him to be? Caster, support, long range nuker, battle mage? His abilities currently have little to no synergy and his passive just doesn't feel interesting or rewarding. I think this needs a lot of work, but I'm willing to help once I know where you want the design to go.
