- HP reduced to 2500 from 3000.

- Damage reduced to 90 from 100.

 

Carrier/Swarm Host

- Spell Damage reduced to 110 from 125.

 

Darksteel Titan

- STR Stat reduced to 46 from 55.

 

Starscream

Flight Mode

- Duration increased to 6/10/14/18 seconds from 6/9/12/15.

- Cooldown increased to 35 seconds from 35/30/25/20.

Ranged Suppressors

- Added New Unit: Encampment Carrier and Overmind Swarm Host

 

Siege Creeps

- Changed to Massive from Heroic.

 

Imperius

- Movement Speed Bonus on Creep reduced to 25% from 30.

 

MAAR

Mass Teleport

- Reduced Max Distance to 120 units.

- Reduced Cast Time to 4 seconds from 5.

 

Garamond

- Turrets can no longer kill/deny Allies.

I would say, yes. Unless aeon is considered massive, then no. O.o

 

Aeon and Levi are Massive-type. ;)

 

Also, here's the Carrier/Swarm Host's Stats:

 

HP: 1000

DMG: 125 Spell AoE (2-units)

Gains 35 HP per scale level (35 x 25 max)

Gains 3 Spell DMG per scale level. (3 x 20 max)

25% Armor Resist

35% Spell Resist

 

Compare to Super Melee:

HP: 3000

DMG: 100 Melee DMG

Gains 50 HP per scale level.

Gains 3 Melee DMG per scale level.

25% AR

35% SR

Just tried it. The change on Queen is barely noticeable and thankfully does not affect banelings (only queen and ultralisk).

 

The Ranged creeps from what I can tell are better at clearing creep waves and pushing harder and if I'm not mistaken do more damage to structures. They also look flobing cool. I would recommend you buff their HP to 1500 at least. Or increase their spell resistance dramatically.

 

I think the biggest change here is actually the position of the T3 towers. No more bottleneck, which is disappointing because I always imagined a game of AoS as 3 distinct phases: Laning, Roaming/ganking, and then Siege. By removing the bottleneck, the siege of an enemy base and defending against a siege is much less prominent. The importance of pushers in this aspect of the game also is lessened and pullers are now much more effective during Siege.

 

Basically, it's much easier to break into the enemy base.

Moo, for the benefit of everyone here, do not post the obvious, for this forum is not catered towards those with special needs, rather to just discuss the game and how the change will affect gameplay.
