Heroic Passive: Hover

"OverSeer Hovers over terran able to fly across inpassable terran. but has 65%-(2.5%*level) increase damage done against himself"

 

 

Effect: Passive allows flight, however at increase damage of 20% increase damage at level 18 since you dont have option of turning off flight u have less increase damage.

Ability One: Spawn Changelings

"Spawnlings, Does not expire Deal moderate damage, damage originates from OverSeer,

Spawnlings deal 20% (+2% STR + 1% int) weapon and item damage. Spawnlings have 80% of OverSeer Health Can cast spells. and have melee Range. Changelings Morph into zerglings with wings after entering the battle"

Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/7 seconds per Charge

Level 1: Maxine charges 2, Spell: 15% slow CD: 6

Level 2: Maxine charges 3, Spell: Heal 5% health CD: 10

Level 3: Maxine charges 4, Passive: +25% leech

Level 4: Maxine charges 5, Passive: +35% physical and spell resist

 

Effect: These are your only Form of offensive attack NOTE: that with all 5 Changelings up you be doing 100% item damage meaning prye deals full damage, you dont get 5x proc of prye. only 1. explosives deal 20% damage but proc behind target, also FOE will 2 with damage scaling with 0 str and 100 int you be doing extra 5% weapon and item damage note actives are done by overseer.

"Passive, increase your sight, gives ally’s and ur self Watchful Eye Buff that allows you to detect invisible units, and buff that allows ally’s to see past impassable terrain and high ground with enhanced sight allowing heroes to see beyond what normal eyes can see"

Effect: Watchful eye is sight buff that allows you with in radius 7 to detect invisible heroes enhanced sight allows you to see pass inpassable terran and high ground with 8 sight radius this means when looking at cliff if u this gives 3 sight radius one for detection one for enhanced sight.

Ultimate Ability: Observe

"Global Ultimate, Close your eyes and focus on psionic energies of enemy and ally alike increase ally sight range, and revealing all enemy’s for duration"

Energy Cost: 120/140/160

Cooldown: 70/60/50

Range: Global

 

Level 1: Last 8 sec, increase sight range by 5

Level 2: Last 10 sec, increase sight range by 6

Level 3: Last 12 sec, increase sight range by 7

 

Effect: Utility ultimate that allows you to see where enemy and there possition and prepare for team fight.
