ShadowFlame
Is that Q a joke? I will say that the rest was pretty unbalanced too but his Q fully upgraded is the medic's ult on a ten second CD, and it lasts longer, and can be used offensively. Rework at least that one please. Psyght
100% evasion doesnt mean he cant take damage, just means you cant target him with single target spells, and auto attacks, so ALL aeo, Dots, and other forms of damage still apply, its like vergils Trick spell, but you can use it on anyone xD

I do hope you know that Vergil has an 100% Evasion for 3 seconds that is ALSO a teleport. OP Much? [with a 12 sec cooldown i think?] The evasion is granted only to himself. Because you know, you will ALWAYS target the support first right? Because he definately can kill you will all his non-scaling INT abilities that don't damage enemies and not able to use abilities because of cooldowns for a short duration [because his other abilities have a 20+ cooldown]. Why would u ever use evasion on yourself unless you were the one that got pulled?\ Also, it was misinterrperated. The Evasion only applies to himself, if he casts on himself. [my bad] He has only one of these options to choose from: Increase Resistance on an Ally Give him self 100% Evasion to Himself Slow an enemy

You can totally use Egon's Q [Caustic Salve]; Zeratul's Q [Phase Strike]; Geneva's Q [surgical Something?], R [Jaws of Life]; Balrog's Q [Zerg Jordan / Leap]; Crackling's Q [Zerg Rush]; etc. on him. Now, because Vergil's model becomes invisible it does become extremely difficult to /click/ on him; but it is still doable.
