Name: Blaze.West

Script: Blaze was taken away from his brother Ajax at the age of 16 and had his memory wiped clear of his past life. He was one of the best ghost the program have ever had and he never failed a mission. At the age of 25 one of his fellow ghost who was also his girlfriend Frost had found out about the memory wiping that was going on, and she tried finding a way to reverse the effects. Blaze was sent on a mission to kill an assassin named Ajax aka his brother. As Blaze was about to pull the trigger and kill his brother Frost put a needle in the back of his head giving him all his memories back. Blaze was pissed off a the program and with the help of his brother and Frost they will found a way to kill Arcturus Mengsk.

Heroic Passive: Surprise

Blazes first attack on an enemy hero deals extra true damage

Effect: When Blaze attacks an enemy that he has not attack in 10 seconds he deals 6% of the enemy's max health as true damage

[Q] Ability One: Attack Bomb

Blaze throws a grenade at a target enemy dealing damage on impact and dealing damage when Blaze attacks the unit as well as doubling the effect of Greed to the targeted enemy only lasts for 6 seconds

Energy Cost: 160

Cooldown: 18

Range: 8

 

Level 1: Blaze throws a grenade at the target dealing 40(+30% weapon damage) spell damage and when Blaze attacks that enemy unit the Bomb will explode dealing 50(+30%INT) spell damage also doubling the effect of greed.

Level 2: Blaze throws a grenade at the target dealing 80(+30% weapon damage) spell damage and when Blaze attacks that enemy unit the Bomb will explode dealing 100(+30%INT) spell damage also doubling the effect of greed.

Level 3: Blaze throws a grenade at the target dealing 120(+30% weapon damage) spell damage and when Blaze attacks that enemy unit the Bomb will explode dealing 150(+30%INT) spell damage also doubling the effect of greed.

Level 4: Blaze throws a grenade at the target dealing 160(+30% weapon damage) spell damage and when Blaze attacks that enemy unit the Bomb will explode dealing 200(+30%INT) spell damage also doubling the effect of greed.

[W] Ability Two: See Me?

Blaze goes invisible for 5 seconds and gains ms. When Blaze goes invisible he leaves makes a clone that will keep running in the same direction Blaze was facing.

Energy Cost: 100

Cooldown: 17

Range: N/A

 

Level 1: Blaze goes invisible for 4 seconds and gains 15% ms. When Blaze goes invisible he makes a clone that will take 250% more damage and deals 25% weapon damage on attack and keeps running in the same direction Blaze was facing.

Level 2: Blaze goes invisible for 4 seconds and gains 20% ms. When Blaze goes invisible he makes a clone that will take 250% more damage and deals 25% weapon damage on attack and keeps running in the same direction Blaze was facing.

Level 3: Blaze goes invisible for 4 seconds and gains 25% ms. When Blaze goes invisible he makes a clone that will take 250% more damage and deals 25% weapon damage on attack and keeps running in the same direction Blaze was facing.

Level 4: Blaze goes invisible for 4 seconds and gains 30% ms. When Blaze goes invisible he makes a clone that will take 250% more damage and deals 25% weapon damage on attack and keeps running in the same direction Blaze was facing.

[E] Ability Three: Greed

The closer Blaze is to his target the more damage his attack will deal. He will also gets bonus gold for kills

Cooldown: N/A

Range: N/A

 

Level 1: For every 1 units Blaze is away from his target he will deal 3% more attack damage. Blaze will also get 5% more gold for kills.

Level 2: For every 1 units Blaze is away from his target he will deal 3.5% more attack damage. Blaze will also get 10% more gold for kills.

Level 3: For every 1 units Blaze is away from his target he will deal 4% more attack damage. Blaze will also get 15% more gold for kills.

Level 4: For every 1 units Blaze is away from his target he will deal 4.5% more attack damage. Blaze will also get 20% more gold for kills.

[R] Ultimate Ability: Boom

Blaze loads a nuke into his gun making his next attack deal bonus and AOE damage but the nuke will only travel at a ms of 1.5. the nuke can not be disjointed.

Energy Cost: 200

Cooldown: 120/100/80

Range: N/A

 

Level 1: Blaze's next attack will deal 300(+150% weapon damage) spell damage and deals damage in an AOE of 3 but the nuke only travels at a ms of 1.5.

Level 2: Blaze's next attack will deal 450(+150% weapon damage) spell damage and deals damage in an AOE of 3 but the nuke only travels at a ms of 1.5.

Level 3: Blaze's next attack will deal 550(+150% weapon damage) spell damage and deals damage in an AOE of 3 but the nuke only travels at a ms of 1.5.

Nice pants.

 

Thoughts on skills:

 

-Unless you mean to have a tanky sniper hero, why have heroic passive scale with hp? I suggest just buffing enemy's max hp scaling and removing his own hp scaling entirely.

-What I do not get, however, is why a hero with such large weapon range, and a sniper-y model would have such close-combat skills.

-Q is essentially a non-ult Rancor nuke with different scaling, land time, and scaling. Could use something to help set it apart.

-I like W, nothing to change there

-E is biggest problem IMO. The very definition of a sniper hero is that he kills from far away, and can afford to build glass cannon. I know you put him as a "carry" but I think that a strange cross between Rancor and Grunty would be rather strange

-I like ult concept, but if you make it projectile, it will be rather hard for it to not miss.

 

 

Radical Suggestion: change hero model into something else, ghost is too sniper-y for the role you want it to perform. For example, you could make it some primal zerg, have Q animation be some sort of acid spit flying through the air, and R to be an actual unit (VERY high on Hp or resist, suiciding on attack, to prevent projectile dodging)

Uh, is the [Q] suppose to be an almost exact copy of Zilean's Time Bomb? I'm not sure how he is related to time. He assassin and attack like weaponary, but suddenly he has Magic in Time? [Of tech in time]. Doesn't seem to make sense. :P

Well he is not like that anymore and new skill have have given him is better.
