Chase launches a grappling hook pulling Chase towards the enemy if it hits an enemy

Level 1: skill has a cast time of 0.35 seconds and deals 130(+85%INT) physical damage and stuns for 1.5 seconds and travels 11 units per seconds.

Level 2: skill has a cast time of 0.35 seconds and deals 200(+85%INT) physical damage and stuns for 1.5 seconds and travels 11 units per seconds.

Level 3: skill has a cast time of 0.35 seconds and deals 270(+85%INT) physical damage and stuns for 1.5 seconds and travels 11 units per seconds.

Level 4: skill has a cast time of 0.35 seconds and deals 340(+85%INT) physical damage and stuns for 1.5 seconds and travels 11 units per seconds.

Level 2: Chase gains 4.5% life leech and adds 3.5% to the heroic passive armor take away and you gain 4 armor and you gain 5% chance to crit for each 11% health missing.

Level 3: Chase gains 5% life leech and adds 4% to the heroic passive armor take away and you gain 4 armor and you gain 6% chance to crit for each 10% health missing.

Level 4: Chase gains 5.5% life leech and adds 4.5% to the heroic passive armor take away and you gain 4 armor and you gain 7% chance to crit for each 9% health missing.

Level 1: Chase spins around dealing 70(+35% weapon damage) physical damage per second and also deals 15% more physical damage if the enemy comes within a range of 1.6 units and gaining 25% life leech, lasts for 5 seconds.

Level 2: Chase spins around dealing 100(+35% weapon damage) physical damage per second and also deals 15% more physical damage if the enemy comes within a range of 1.6 units and gaining 25% life leech, lasts for 5 seconds.

Level 3: Chase spins around dealing 120(+35% weapon damage) physical damage per second and also deals 15% more physical damage if the enemy comes within a range of 1.6 units and gaining 25% life leech, lasts for 5 seconds.

wow really cool, i like his manipulation abilities as well as his crowd control potential. however, the fact that his ult scales with weapon dmg upsets me slightly because it means he can only have strong q and w, ult and aa, or heroic passive and e.

but it probably balances out nicely
