Ultimate Ability: Last Breath

Raszagal fights for vengeance against those who destroyed her home, reducing the cooldown on her spells, giving her spell immunity and armor after every spell cast.

You do realize the low cooldowns are on purpose right? The reason they are like this is for a LATE GAME caster who actually benefits from having lots of items, instead of just throwing out your burst and be done, instead Raszagal is a DPS caster who uses spells to deal massive dps. I wont change the cds, but i can change the scaling if you would like.

Its really hard to create a high mobile dark templar without cloaking mechanics, and everything else has been taken. Cloaking mechanics on a DT are only effective until about 20 minutes in when people start getting truesight, and even until then, there are wards.

I vote remove the debuff immunity and make it that it blocks 1 spell within the next x (1/2/3) seconds and refreshes on cast of a spell.

 

That'd make it less broken and more balanced, as well as opening skill options as well.

@Eliwan, i removed debuff immunity so you can taser this person. It only occurs after a spell is casted, and this person has low STR gain, so they are forced to get HP items. You taser this person, and they will have a very weak AA.
