300 non-skillshot damage at long range? that will be dominating laning phase.

the ult is slightly op too - it obviously does more dmg than cyprus's and has more scaling.

long range? 6 is long?

and also ult probably wouldnt do as much since his primary is agil unlike cyps int. youd have to build complete int to match cyp but also youd have to faceplant several enemies and then channel ability for 1.5 seconds. We could think of at least a dozen ways to prevent this XD.

EDIT:

Cyp 800(+100%int) 70 per pillar

cyps walls at max 6

with blink its 4 more

but honestly id rather not knitt pick at stat issues that would obviously be worked out before implementing.

as its a suggestion its more about an idea.

I agree with residente, the char model is awesome and definitely needs to be made into a hero for AoS. Plus I like the idea of having it be electrical based, although I think the ulti might be a little too strong. As an agi char that seems like he'll already have pretty good damage, being able to nuke like cyp is a little scary O_O

I think INT scaling from 'static' stacks should be removed from ultimate. Image this hero with Jackson at late stages of game with many creeps stacked in lane. If Jackson ult enemy heroes with surrounding creeps, then u can put 'static' stack on everyone with your Q ability affecting few heroes and dozen of creeps. Then W ability would stun primary target for more than 5 seconds and utlimate would one-shot him easily with 100% + 10*25% INT scaling...

Hmm this is a good point, thank you. I did have this same concern but i didnt quite map it out as well as you. I did think it would be cool to synergize with jacks ult but it does seem a bit strong. I kind of just assumed people would treat it like Boros ult but opposite. (for boros run to creeps, for Inazuma stay away) I didn't really like the idea of making it a flat rate, just figured it could if ever implememnted balanced out accordingly. I thought maybe...

  • lowering int%
  • makeing it ONLY int%
  • x range to absorb from
  • making a max amount of stacks ie. max static count 8

What do you think about stacks of static adding 10,20,30 + 10% absorb range of 7?

and possibly changing stun lengths to .10 / .15 / .20 / .30 ?

any feed back would be greatly appreciated, always love examples!!!

EDIT:

I just had another thought.

If chain lightning removed the static from chained enemeies to apply the stun so youd lose those stacks, youd b forced to apply more stacks of static before ult. Think that would make any differnce?

I've got a question. The way the ability is worded, it sounds like Lightning Bolt is not targetable. I'm pretty sure you want it to be, but maybe say that he targets an enemy that takes dmg equal to... Anyway, great hero idea. Where is the protoss snake unit? Ive played campaign, haven't seen it.

I'm sorry, I am not entirely sure what you are talking about. Which ability are you talking about? I do not understand what you mean by the Lightning Bolt not targetable. If you are referring to Chain Lightning not being able to target an enemy the idea is that you attack several enemies close together with your other attack methods, Follow it up by attacking an enemy (The hero you want to stun) on impact the bolt of lightning will jump to a nearby target with said stacks and to another nearby target if available. Each time it jumps to a target it adds an additional stun length to the original target. So initially the ability is able to target a hero but the chains are out of your control.

And i got the model from a post residente made about hero models :)

His head is an escape pod but i don't understand the tail

I find it: the head is the entrance of the escape pod in the Kaldir's last mission and the tail are several escape pod

Honestly I wasn't sure where or how it came to be I just went through Residente's post about available hero models and I saw the snake and applied a hero thought I had floating around in my head >.<
