sTeveN
so after the shrink ray buff, erekul w + shrink reduce 100% of enemies' wpn dmg?
Spooky
When u see the sentence 'Decrease by X%' it always involving current value, not original one. So never u would be able to decrease sth by 100% Eliwan
Takeray
on Thor it reduces from 40 dmg to 0,5 dmg. Atleast on tooltip, don't know on real neither other players.

So never u would be able to decrease sth by 100% Well maybe not if you have 300 weapon damage, but ive been able to reduce caster and tank damage to negative like -20 damage
Mus
Shrink ray: Reduce weapon damage by 35% Erekul's w: Reduce weapon damage by 60% The combined effect of these would be to reduce the target's weapon damage by 100(1-0.65*0.4)% = 74% Reaper

zeeeend
Edit tooltip darpa says 0.5 aswell testing some more then watching replay to see if tooltip matches up to dmg
zeeeend
Confirmed erecoollvl 7 (lvl 4 W -60% weapondmg) + shrinkray(-40%weapondmg) vs vorpal with 6 galactic defenders (loads of weapondmg and slow animation) Result 0.5 dmg each hit Its a big one you just see erecool and vorpal fighting... Note time and 0% leach from vorpal (just talent) and part 2 see the lack of dmg on erecool part whilst vorpal has clearly attacked him (time and another 0% leach)
sTeveN
So... erekul should be the best dps since he shuts down all other dpses xD

In previous versions, it's proved that Shrink Ray stacks perfectly with erekul's W, it's easy to reduce a late game nova to <10 weapon damage. It has no diminishing returns i think. Spooky
Lol, so its broken. May I ask how it would stack with Vergil passive as well?
Mus
All of these things should stack via diminishing returns. If they are not then something has gone wrong.
Revolution
Lol, so its broken. May I ask how it would stack with Vergil passive as well? The hero would have negative damage there fore he would do damage to himself instead :D
Spooky
I wouldn't be surprised if this way u can reach negative weapon damage and instead taking life u would give some :D

Banzaiguy
Like shrinkray is used >1% of the total ih games ! Just ban the combo like shard/dial bola was I'm sure shrink ray would be much more widely used if they simply made it actually shrink the enemy hero's size. People would get it just for that effect alone. Rem, Eliwan, Unabsolutely and 2 others
