A thread was started in bug reports already that lists many of the UI related bugs that have appeared.

Pretty much the patch has screwed up the current AOS UI by adding things that were not there before and obscuring areas of the screen with various new stuff.

In addition all portraits are no longer visible when choosing heros, you have to go by name

 

There is a lot more lag, and for some people pressing the menu button insta crashes game making flip UI impossible (although that is not specific to AOS).

Certain animations and unit sounds seem to be behaving strange.

 

you cannot click to open shop anymore, have to use "b"

 

Also the icons for return (D) and whatever talent skill you have (F) are missing now

 

Blizzard has compiled a list of about 100+ known issues since the patch already on their own bug reporting.

 

Will update this with more if I notice anything else in game.

so far a lot of things glitchy and thanks guys for all the corrections when we asked and was left in shock

 

zera-

 

planar double pulls, end up in same spot.

his jump unlocks hero lock sometimes or just stands there stunned.

 

darpa

 

jump is delayed or doesnt work at all.

after jump he stalls as well

 

Forgot its name but the flying ship dude.

 

He is immune to cannon fire while in fly mode.

basically all projectiles dont hurt him including daggoth.

 

sides of map have spaces now. top right back tower has a space to run all over side not meant to be.

 

Of course lag from hell

 

pause, menu, and other buttons stop or crash game.

 

Just plain losing control of the toon happens a lot now.

 

Ill keep up with what others tell me but this patch. wow. rocked every game. Goodluck and thanks for the fixes so far that youve done.

The missing D&F thing might be settings related.

 

My friend was telling me about it but I could see my D&F skills. I'm not sure if its about hardware (running a rather new gaming tower) or settings or if I just won the lottery, but I thought I would mention that it appears circumstantial and not across the board.

 

i was under the impression this was do to the player card although i havent had a chance to look into it. I think Wrath descibed it in a post about changing some options for a temporary fix and in an upcoming patch these setting will be made default.

This should have been fixed as of our last patch. Have you played since then?

Will many of the bugs associated with hero animation be fixed by Saturday? Also hero portraits when selecting heroes aren't visible. If the bugs can't be resolved by Saturday please contact me, so I can postpone the tournament!

 

nooooo!!

 

we dont need to delay for portraits, and the lag is from people playing with out fully downloading the path

 

the only real animation bugs iv noticed are lz and zera

Vergil's ulti dmg seemed very low for me. IDK if it was the lagg so I didn't hit them as much as I thought I did though.

 

Actually now that you mention it I kinda shrugged off an ult or two the other day, not sure if theres something to this. At the time I just assumed I dodged most of it since i was playing around with a speed brine. Id have to check the replays to see exactly where i was as it passed over. It def didn't do much damage to me at all throughout the game.

 

 

But yeah brine has no attack animation atm, which is kind of rough for last hitting (mentioned above).

 

Also noticed a few quirks when combining heal with tentacle to try to pull further. It would lock up for a second or so sometimes and waste a lot of the pull time. Also had a few times where it took a second to register i was trying to pull at all and i was stuck in place even when i didnt try to boost with heal (was rather strange). Did not happen every time. Not sure if that is related to the new "lag" or was a separate issue but def made for some fail pulls.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but i cant read what any of my skills do when you hover your mouse over the button. I dont need to read them but it would make the game impossible for a new player to start playing.

 

Did you accidentally disable tooltips in your settings?

I was having issues with this as well, i had nearly 500 int and i couldnt even kill half hp rancor and for some reason missed the Micro i originally passed over (i was going for a double) Micro had maybe a bar left... he did not blink either(he blinked to me shortly after tossing me to team and i died) Rancor took the tail end of the attack but somehow managed to take no damage assumed he just miraculously escaped by the skin of his teeth. Main point was Micro didnt die >.<

Here is one that hasn't been posted yet, but I just got in a game were I could not click anything as they were all grayed out. Shop, hero, even the "Victory" button after the game ended. There was plenty of lag, and DCs in that game which may have been related, but I have not been able to replicate it. As a result, I don't know if it's an AoS glitch or Bnet error.

hmm im not sure if this is realted or not but a month or so ago i was in a game and it came down 4v1 as the other players lagged or RQ and the after getting owned over and over again the 1 player reluctantly surrendered but no victory screen appeared it just zoomed in on artifact we were forced to just leave game and take a loss.

new bugs to report.

 

today i couldnt finish a single game. soon as victory screen hits it freezes up. i have to crtl alt delete to get out of game.

 

Damage all around is heavy. not sure if talents arent working or what but i had a kerri one shot all my health at level 1. well all like in 3/4. crazy when you start with 18 armor. Towers drop like flys to low level toons. normally as darpa can solo aeon at level 6 with leech. couldnt do it today at 9. bit wierd. Not sure what exactly it is but the game hits are off a bit.

 

anyway, great work with sc2 screwup fixes so far. hope the posts have helped so far.

 

ps zera still messed up on double planar.

=> Vergil's damage is incredibly decreased from his spells

=> Medic's W also appears to suffer from similar damage decrease

=> Lurker's AA animation has slowed down; making it even easier to dodge his AA

=> Kerrigan's Q deals damage in a larger AoE than it appears to

=> Vorpal's Ulti's particle effect has been shifted (same size and shape but if you fire it straight it doesn't look like it goes straight).

 

That's all I know of.
