Brissalfet
umm...that ult gives pretty much permanent 50% timescale bonus...just a little OP
Legacy
Hmm... i wonder why everybody likes this hero more then Solar, imo its the cooler hero. Im going to change that to be little movespeed, but additional wep speed.
Brissalfet
well, now it gives him permanent 70% wep speed, no items needed i'd suggest instead of that, make it maybe 3% timescale per stack going up 10 times
Legacy
Sigh Brissalfet you cant read can you? Its not permanenet, its like Lz's E, the wep speed stacks are.
BestZeratul
So you have an upgraded Ursa with a slow, a stun and an inbuilt bkb. Seems balanced.
Legacy
So how is this Ursa? it doesnt stack flobbing 40213 times. Going to lower spell reflect time.
BestZeratul
Ursa doesn't really get more than 3-4 auto attacks on a single target (because they are dead or have fled at that point) so the comparison is relevant. Ursa's main weakness is that he is easy to kite, and your version of Ursa has a stun and a slow.
Legacy
Well... There is shrapnel, and taser, and lockbox, emantle, barbed, and executioners axe, so i think you got this covered. After all, it works for every other hero. Right? Right?
BestZeratul
Okay apparently it was a mistake to try and help you balance your hero creation, won't happen again.
Legacy
Well, im sorry but you go pout. Telling me generic information doesnt help me at all. Its like telling a person to go clean up those parts of a garbage dump, and not telling them where.
BestZeratul
If you give a hero a shap ton of damage he needs to have other weaknesses to balance it (e.g being easy to kite for Ursa). I would suggest squishiness, mana problems or less crowd control, but other aspects I can't think of at the moment might do the job too. Zakk
Lunar throws his Staff of Moon at target location, stunning enemies in a 5 unit radius, then jumps up, and the staff meets him in mid air, then slams the ground, stunning again. Deals damage on throwing and the Blast. That sounds very specific.
Legacy
Chob: Well, i am currently thinking of ways to make him deal less damage ie less base damage, but not too much where it makes him up. Zakk: Well thats the point :P
