"Banished's previously casted spell remains, granting him a buff for a limited amount of time as well as granting him a new spell here.

If Banished uses Cast Hold while having no stacks, the targetted enemy is Silenced for 3 seconds.

All forms of Cast Hold have a 20 second cooldown with no shared cooldown."

Range: 6 to cast, areas ALL have a radius of 1.5!

Effect: Various uses, mostly damage. Using Cast Hold's various forms count as having cast a spell.

--

Ability One: Orange Flame

"Stacks Orange, which makes Cast Hold release an area of flame around the target, dealing damage to enemies of Banished.

If used on allies, the aura becomes that of healing, but at a halved rate.

Both effects last for 4 seconds.

Causes Banished to reflect a percentage of the damage he takes for 4 seconds after cast as True Damage."

Cooldown: 13

Range: Self

Level 1: Cast Hold causes 25 [+20% INT] damage per tick. Reflects 15% of damage taken.

Level 2: Cast Hold causes 40 [+20% INT] damage per tick. Reflects 22% of damage taken.

Level 3: Cast Hold causes 55 [+20% INT] damage per tick. Reflects 29% of damage taken.

Level 4: Cast Hold causes 70 [+20% INT] damage per tick. Reflects 36% of damage taken.

Effect: A spell that is pretty powerful but requires good timing to make the best use of the active's buff.

Ability Two: Green Wind

"Stacks Green, which makes Cast Hold release an area that causes enemies within it to take damage for each unit of distance they travel within the area.

If an ally walks through the area, they gain bonus movespeed for 3 seconds, refreshing every second.

Windy area lasts for 4 seconds.

In order to stack Green, Banished must target a unit-- if it is an enemy they suffer damage, if an ally they gain bonus shields equal to 150% of the damage that would have been done."

Energy Cost: 45 + 10

Cooldown: 13

Range: 6

Level 1: Cast Hold causes 35 [+40% INT] damage per unit of distance walked in the area. Deals 45 [+80% INT] damage.

Level 2: Cast Hold causes 50 [+40% INT] damage per unit of distance walked in the area. Deals 60 [+80% INT] damage.

Level 3: Cast Hold causes 65 [+40% INT] damage per unit of distance walked in the area. Deals 75 [+80% INT] damage.

Level 4: Cast Hold causes 80 [+40% INT] damage per unit of distance walked in the area. Deals 90 [+80% INT] damage.

Effect: A harassment spell in core, but can be very useful to save an ally in a pinch.

--

Ability Three: Purple Toxin

"Stacks Purple, which makes Cast Hold release a neuro-toxin that slows for 4 seconds, dealing damage over time. Additionally, enemies take damage based on their stats.

In order to stack Purple, Banished must target a unit-- if it is an enemy they suffer a Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed debuff for 5 seconds, if an ally they gain bonus Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed for 5 seconds."

Energy Cost: 45 + 10

Cooldown: 13

Range: Self

Level 1: Cast Hold slows by 20% and deals 50 [+100% of THEIR STR] [+35% of YOUR INT] damage to their Health, and 50 [+100% of THEIR INT] [+35% of YOUR INT] damage to their Energy.

Enemies lose 10% Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed. Allies gain 10% Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed.

Level 2: Cast Hold slows by 30% and deals 75 [+100% of THEIR STR] [+35% of YOUR INT] damage to their Health, and 75 [+100% of THEIR INT] [+35% of YOUR INT] damage to their Energy.

Enemies lose 15% Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed. Allies gain 15% Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed.

Level 3: Cast Hold slows by 40% and deals 100 [+100% of THEIR STR] [+35% of YOUR INT] damage to their Health, and 100 [+100% of THEIR INT] [+35% of YOUR INT] damage to their Energy.

Enemies lose 20% Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed. Allies gain 20% Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed.

Level 4: Cast Hold slows by 50% and deals 125 [+100% of THEIR STR] [+35% of YOUR INT] damage to their Health, and 120 [+100% of THEIR INT] [+35% of YOUR INT] damage to their Energy.

Enemies lose 25% Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed. Allies gain 25% Cooldown Reduction and Attack Speed.

Effect: A harassment move through-and-through. Though you could say that for any of Banished's spells, given their cheap cost and low cooldown.

Additionally, using any form of Cast Hold grants Banished bonus Time Scale for 3 seconds."

Parsing... please stand by.

Interesting hero concept (that) I myself don't understand fully. Do charges stack?

This will be the highest skill hero ever so assum(ing) spell charges stack with each other.

If that's not right then this response below is wrong::

Yes, when you use a spell the bonuses stack up, as do they for Cast Hold... otherwise why would the Ulti increase the number of powers you can hold for release?

The buff provided by Q is given when you just tap Q, like Leo's Mirror Force is.

Had to read this hero suggestion 3 times to understand it. So basically, the spell he casts with Cast Hold depends on the stacks of spells he currently has? Eg. 4x orange would be 4x orange damage, 2x orange + 2x purple would be2x orange damage + 2x slow?

Are you trying to make this harder for new users?

Well, he isn't really THAT hard to use. The skills just need a better explanation. The heroic passive is essentially letting him store up a few of his last few spells and use them all at once. He's probably easier to use than MAAR.

@Iguana:

No.. I'm just trying to be creative. :P

@Banzaiguy:

I'm bad at explaining myself! D:

Anyway, it works like this:

Let's say you cast the Q. You'd get two separate buffs-- one goes away after 4 seconds (the spell), and the other goes away after you cast Cast Hold with R or until you cast W or E. Because you have Orange stacked, the effect from Cast Hold deals damage each second for 4 seconds.

W and E work similarly; you cast the spell and you get a buff.

Now let's say that you have level 1 Ultimate.

You cast the Q and get the two separate buffs; but now you can hold two buffs. So if you follow up Q with E, then when you use Cast Hold / R, you slow enemies and deal damage to their health and energy based on level of E AND deal damage based on level of Q.

Level 2 Ulti? Now you can stack 3x-- So you could use Q 3 times in a row, get +12 STR from that, and then unleash 3x the damage listed from the Q per second for 4 seconds.

So it might be confusing, but the spells stack more linearly and not chaotically like MAAR's do.
