VasyaKot
Flash grenade was and is stupid, and now it has a buff! 30% MS reduction at 3 stacks is way too high, and the damage is such a pain in the ass just like the judgement cut. I suggest lowering the stack cap or making the energy cost higher to prevent stupid spamming.
LOLLMAO
Just get 1-2 spell resist items and most spell damage is minimal. Parallax/Fortify can remove the 30% MS reduction debuff.
WhitetrasH
I was playing as bio lastnight with a semi useless team (2 left, 1 idiot nova that didn't have a clue on wtf was going on or even how to play... the remaining jakk was okay) vs 5 opp... one of them being MK. It was a tough game which i left after 1hr into it cause they couldn't get into our main which made the game drag on forever. Anyway, to the point... i kept on looking at the opp. team to see if anyone had a nitrogen & why i was moving so slow in my 1or2 vs 4or5 team fights, then it dawned on me... MK. I personally think the slow is retarded... if you add the nitrogen + FOE + MK grenade = don't move. Sure you still move but to call moving 2 units in 8 seconds movement is bordering on insanity. miracle
Jaysi
Just get 1-2 spell resist items and most spell damage is minimal. Parallax/Fortify can remove the 30% MS reduction debuff. According to Fortify's description, it doesn't remove debuffs. Also, at level 4 it stacks by 12% each, so max is 36%, which coupled with his heroic passive, really does slow you down a lot... Toxi's slow is probably worse than marine king's slow.... (way more damage) I guess marine king uses that move as his initiation though... otherwise opponents would just run away from MK with ease. It probably should be toned down (20%?) or increase casting time/cooldown between each blast.

The slow is subject to diminishing returns.
Eliwan
Also, you can dodge some of the slow by zig-zag as the bullets travel in a straight line-- so don't run in a line away from MK. If you do that, then it's pretty insane how strong the slow is.
FruitNinja
Get a parallax. Play heroes that benefit from mixed stats. Then you won't complain. Hybrid Bruiser/On-hit Tassadar is my new favorite build.
VasyaKot
parallax is shap right now... because i will need to wait a holy big amount of time before it activates, and i cant control it, so parallax is luck based. btw i hate luck. @ eliwan, i wasnt playing the game recently but i think the grenades are supposed to fly at super high speed and then explode with insane aoe... Parralax makes you immune to debuffs 25% of the time as well as cloaked... For them to even get the three stacks on you it would take at the very least one second, and if they timed it just right so that your parralax got over... You would have like 5 seconds of slow... Even less if you have some sort of Time. That's if they set up it perfectly, but chances are its gonna be closer to 2-3 seconds of slow before you cloak and can move at full speed. Otherwise buy a warpshard, SHC, Yamato(for Time to escape), or Impact Dial. I'm not saying his slow isn't strong, I haven't played against a good MK yet, but I still think there are good counters for it and they do work. Adamantium
Actually Parallax makes you cloaked for 20% of the time. Also, during this time you are not debuff immune. Instead, at the beginning of the cloak all debuffs are removed. Debuffs applied after this will still affect you.
Mus
Nope parallax got changed, it now cloaks you for 2 seconds every 10 seconds rather than 2 seconds every 8 seconds. So you are cloaked for only ~16% of the time.

jamescossey
marine kings slow only last 2 seconds. not to mention it takes him 1 second to cast then catch back up to cast again. so unless your in close enough where he can stack it and keep it stacked its not that bad. its a super nerf when u compare to how it could max debuff yoru spell and physical damge by 70%. so dont complain that it slows you when now u can do damage. i use to own AA heros with marine king by getting barb and shm then spaming Q. they couldnt hurt me. Mus
Um, 2/10 = 20%. Edit: As Adamantium said right above you... grr hate it when I skip a post. As I understand it, after 10 seconds has passed you get cloaked for 2 seconds, thus the period of the item is 12 seconds. 2/12 * 100 = 16% But maybe I'm reading the item wrong. I'm pretty sure the effect occurs every 10 seconds and disregards the 2 seconds of cloak. Not sure how Time would affect it, increase time of cloak and lower CD of effect? Possible to get perma cloak at such a high Time? Anyways, im gonna stop posting numbers because I'll prolly be wrong lol. I retract my former statement about Parralax lol. Eliwan
It activates every 10 seconds and lasts for 2 seconds. You are reading the item wrong. The downtime is 10-2 = 8 seconds, so it lasts for 2/10 seconds or is not on 8/10 seconds. xNOVAxPRIMEx

The downtime is 10-2 = 8 seconds, so it lasts for 2/10 seconds or is not on 8/10 seconds. its only 12 for the initial first 12 seconds you bought the item. it counts up to 10 activates for 2 seconds for a total of 12. The thing is the cooldown starts as soon as its active not as soon as it wears off so........ after 10 seonconds pass the cooldown starts and the first 2 seconds of cooldown are spent cloaked. Hogwarts
didnt know if its been posted yet, But the slow on the hero is a flat slow i.e move speed and attack speed are both slowed
