Again, what's with the Raynor change? 10 second CD on 6 second silence? Even if it is a skillshot; it isn't hard to land if the Raiders fire shots off.

I don't think that Tychus' Invigorating Pulse didn't need to be nerfed that hard; maybe 75% INT would work best.

Wow, whats with the harsh tychus nerf? A 66% nerf to his passive weapon speed and halving his int scaling for his heal is INSANE, might as well just revert him back to what he was when he had his bunker, I dont know why he was changed anyway.

 

Towers change is good, will make it slightly easier to hack through those pesky tier 3 towers.

 

I like the changes to the weaker items.

 

Starscream nerf was needed, if his bugs were fixed he might actually be balanced.

 

Im not sure about nerazim changes, I dont play him at all.

For those requesting info on new hero:

 

Primary Stat: Str, 1.25 weapon range

Passive: does spell damage on AA scaled with Armor

Ability 1: Bounces in AoE and damage (int scaling) and charges his next AA to have 6 range and stuns

Ability 2: Forced Agro on target and halves their attack speed

Ability 3: AoE Heal/Damage over Time field (int scaling)

Ultimate: Gain massive armor boost and retaliate with spell damage scaled with Armor

Yeah, the thing was that Tychus' Passive was broken as heck but his Max Attack Speed was so high that it worked... eh, OK in the end... if you nerfed it that much; make him attack faster.

 

Just played a game against him and he could barely hold his own against us until level 3 and our Rancor/Raynor was horrible versus Tychus/Nova.. =\

Tychus passive nerf is perhaps needed, but at least make his base attack speed into 1.85 or something, 2.0 is waaaayyy to slow.

 

I agree, but I would have taken it down to 10% not 5%

 

except that tychus's speed is actually worse, its 2.1. Which I think is the only hero with such a slow attack speed.

What a harsh patch. so many nerfs, but kind of necessary.

 

However Justicar is ridiculous. I can't understand how this character design was thought through in the context of the game called Aeon of Storms

 

EDIT: after looking into Justicar a bit more, I now think Justicar is even more ridiculous than I previously thought.
