jamescossey
I think the items like shrink ray which is already isnt used often and axe should be able to proc off spells inital hits. shrink ray which is an intel heros item has a unique to reduce targets weapon damage by 35%. most intel users try not to get close to the enemy specially AA heros cause they will die. and for the axe so many times a caster will cast a spell and the enemy heals up before u can cast anything else to do more damage. Banzaiguy
Yes for Shrink Ray, no to Executioner's. As a more caster oriented item, it would make sense to have it apply on spellcasts. However, if that happens they should probably do something about it stacking with Vergil's passive, since it'd destroy AA heroes. However, Executioner's Axe doesn't really give good stats for casters, so it'd probably be better to create a new item with your suggested effect instead. jamescossey
yes axe isnt good for casters stat wise but some times u have no choice but to get it to try and kill an AA hero. when for example the 2 sec time it takes raynor to cast ulti an aa hero can heal them self to max form leech
Ironsights
I beleive there shoudl be MORE items like nitrofit that proc based on spell damage, but items like Axe that proc on hit should not also proc from spell damage. One or the other, not both. Rem
Rem
Shrink ray should, axe shouldnt. But I wouldn't be opposed to a spell dmg version of axe that nerfed heal by like 20% due to spell dmgs ability to be aoe it would by necessity have to be weaker than axes. And at 20% or so it'd be effective but not OP when combined with an axe.
