Question about: Silences

" Silence can now be removed by debuff removal. " just got back into playing some aos lately, im wondering what does that actually mean? Does it mean if i have a debuff immune skill such as Spell storm or parallex active, does it mean that the silence will cancel out and i can't be targeted by a taser? and if the skill is already active like 1 second later after active, i get targeted by a taser or a medic W will it cancel out? Or does it only cancel when the skill is cast?

there was a bug with certain silences because they were tagged with the "permanent behavior" ability, instead of "temporary behavior"

for example, raynor's silence:

if raynor silenced a unit that was debuff immune (say, lz in the middle of his Q, or boros in spell storm), the silence would apply and not be removed

now it will be removed properly.

still fact that u can silence someone and after silence get removed because of parallax passive is broken. In other words - there is no counter to parallax.

This would be more of an issue with the balance of Parallax, not that debuff immunity now removes that silence, as it was always intended to.
