thomulf
Boros- Spell Storm- Change the 100% spell resist to ACTUAL 100% spell resist. Spell immunity =/= 100% spell resist. Currently Boros is immune to all debuffs while spellstorming, he can't be stunned, slowed, rooted or otherwise debuffed, which I think is stupid, since he has spellstorm up 75% of the time. Zeratul- Bubble- -Revert to 80% time -Remove silence. Seriously, the thing is OP. At least people should be able to cast spells in it, or use a spell/item active to escape the situation. Heroes That Jump (Crackling,Zera,Balrog,Darpa)- Can be hit by things while jumping. Yes, I know this takes a major, time-consuming rework to the jump mechanic. But if it's possible, it should be done. These heroes can dodge all kinds of stuff that would turn the tide of fights, especially early game, because they don't exist as units in midair. NoWaterJustIce
-If you nerf boros spell storm in that way he would need some other major buff. The only thing that keeps him relevent at all late game is that he gets 5 seconds that he can chace you before he dies. -If you remove a silence then the skill becomes almost worthless as zera would either die to the caster he is trying to kill/ they opponent would be able to get away. -meh idk about this one. while i dont think it would hurt i also dont think that the current jump is bad as when used well you can dodge all sorts of dmg/abilities. neogeo
Phyresis
Have you ever tried dodging something with a jump? You have to be pretty darn good at micro to pull it off.
Nuparu
1) I vote he has debuff immunity or 100% spell resist. 2) I vote make it even higher time, people move so much easier in it now. And to remove the silence would make it worthless. 3) -Crack, Bal, Zera: need a hostile unit nearby, it takes supreme micro to pull off -DARPA: It's his ulti. :/ I vote it should remove Unix's tentacle as well, because, well, it's a godforsaken ultimate ability. Not like he has some superdamage ultimate.

Itsthatguy
-Cow: give his Q a 0.5 second stun I miss when his final could work like Drake's, where it was like a 2.5 second stun xD. And depending on how much damage toilet does, makes the HP on it so it can vary to 300 Hp only or 3000 Hp. lol

Ironsights
I just want something telling me how many stacks I have on ihan. they have this. ihan takes 10 minutes to be fully stacked. Therefore, look at the game clock when you buy the item. Now, ten minutes later, you are fully stacked! Perfecto!

neogeo
is ok so far. when i think - raynor can eventually get another skill instead of raiders call. tosh can not profit from movement speed, because he runs from his specters away. Ironsights
I wasnt trolling At least ihan HAS a way to know if its stacked or not. Try guessing if you are at 4 stacks or 5 on balrog...the size change there is minimal. Try knowing for sure howmany stacks you have on your olympic torch, manifest, or gene. Ever wonder how many stacks of tenacious fury Lord Z is rocking, or how many stacks of dazed marine.king has put on you? There are a lot of stacks that have no sure fire way of knowing what they are. Many more than I listed. Ihan is one of the few that is at least predictable. heimdallr

Hitechgunner
Leo : Change Q to a on-hit effect, but weaker, stacking with INT and small base damage. Change R to a chainstun instead of damage (with a timer in-between each stun on a hero), and make it apply Q to any enemy it hit. Tychus : Lower weapon speed scaling by 5%, re-add the shots which spread out on passive. Cow : Give Q and R stuns. Cyprus : Give W a stun, lower R base damage. Shadow : Make Stepping Strikes an active, increase R Time scaling. Drake : Increase Q range and area. Rory : Change W back to Time Scale, or cooldown reduction. NullyD: Make E fire out of you, then fly forwards. Higher base and scaling, since it won't hit as much.

Takeray
Cap the weapon speed benefit to Q from Leo to 3-5 enemies. ( Not damage)
Muto
Drake: Increase Q's speed. Cow: Add a stun to toilet or increase the damage. Jackson: decrease channel time on ultimate, lower damage. Garamond: Allow weapon speed to increase his attack rate; increase duration of slow. Rory: Change W back to something useful to him. Geneva: Change heroic passive (why would a spell caster need an AA passive?) to something better suited. Zyrk: Reduce the health sacrificed on R, make shield gain last longer. Tychus: decrease the benefit from having 5 stacks but in exchange increase their base damage/healing. Vergil: Just make him an INT hero already... Rancor: See "Vergil"
akanna
MAAR - change saviour aura to a resistance buffing aura for allied units inside it Lets be honest, savior aura is terrible at saving people. It does virtually nothing to save anyone against ranged heros(they can just step out of it), and usually at least 2-3 players on any team are ranged and have more range than the auras radius. Its also extremely misleading, because people expect a savior aura to save them and stand in it....(which honestly would make a million times more sense, sense people want to stay in a resistance buffing aura, whereas enemies will never stay in it for more than a few seconds in its current form because it cuts their damage) Its also useless for tower defense. People can attack towers from all sides, but people always defend the tower from 1 clumped up area. Thus it's completely ineffective at tower defense until you are defending the T3 towers because there is nothing forcing people to stand in it at other towers (they just step out and keep attacking). It is only really useful in tower pushing, for limiting damage from ppl next to the tower, but you rarely see it used for that, and you could just as easily use it on yourselves as you push if it was changed. Its only really effective in teamfights if the fight is already going, because heros have to choose to re-position (and not attack while they move) or stay standing in it. Most heros will simply take a second to get out of it and continue attacking so its only really useful for shielding allies if they are being attacked by melee chars. It is never useful 1v1 unless you are against a melee hero. Any ranged hero will step out of it and continue to own you (assuming they cant just own you while in it). If it were a resistance buffing spell, it would help keep you alive while you are running away bc its cast around you in the first place (no need to toss it). It would also make hybrid tank/DPS builds more viable and allow you to stand your ground some. It would also give MAAR some much needed early game sustain where he is a squishy squishy feed target that has no real DPS outside of frost. In all honestly the spell seems completely worthless most of the time, because it takes you 3-4 seconds to cast, and enemies walk out of it in 1-2 so you never get the full 15 second effect. But allies will gladly stand in and get use from a resistance buffing aura. In its current form, its ineffective at tower defense in most situations, and ineffective in most team fights...leaving very few viable times to cast it outside of a push. But if it were changed to a resistance buffing spell, there are no situations in which it wouldn't be useful to either MAAR or his allies
