So its a well known (to Tassadar players anyway) that his Q is a very powerful autocast ability.. however, given that at high attack speed he almost seems to skip an attack to cast, has anyone considered him a primary AA hero like Zeratul... by not leveling his Q ability? It reduces your farm by a percentage for sure, but at the same time it increases your AA power.

This is all assuming you are doing a general AA/WPN damage build, rather than the norm Hybrid INT/AA build.

Is this common knowledge or could it be something to look into?

if ur going aa you lose much needed sustain because u cant leech from the q

tass is better played as a tank support not a damage dealer

Tass can do a lot of damage. His burst isn't that great, but it's up every few seconds and can be spammed even more with the new cerebro.

Whether or not its better to build him tanky or as a pseuo-carry depends on the game and team, you can't make blanket statements like that.

Anyway, as for the OP, if the enemy is stacking armor then you should level the Q, otherwise not levelling it at all seems interesting. Your early game would suck, but it would pick up, and you'd have a ridiculously strong shield for trades anyway.

Just make it possible to toggle Q on/off seems like a super obvious fix.

Or this, this works.
