Script: After living for many many years, General gained the ability to move around the world, doing this he decided that he wants to meet new people and see new things. After seeing how tiny everybody is, he decided to go and see how well he would survive in the Aeon of Storms.

Heroic Passive: Splinter

Being such a mighty tree, he is able to make nearby opponents gain splinters, just by being near them. He deals 20+(10%INT) per second in a 4 unit radius, and does an additional 20+(15%INT) spell damage for 2.5 seconds once you leave the aura.

 

Effect: So he just walks around damaging people, being the mighty tree he is.

Ability One: Twirling Branch Slap

General spins around in a circle, slapping all nearby enemies with his branches.

Energy Cost: 80,90,100,110

Cooldown: 22,20,18,16.

Range: 4

 

Level 1: Lasts 4 seconds. Deals 30+(30%INT) spell damage a second to nearby enemies, and then deals 30+(5%INT) spell damage for each second they where hit. Heals you for 50+(5%INT) pre each second damage was dealt.

Level 2: Lasts 5 seconds.Deals 40+(30%INT) spell damage a second to nearby enemies, and then deals 30+(5%INT) spell damage for each second they where hit. Heals you for 60+(5%INT) pre each second damage was dealt.

Level 3: Lasts 6 seconds.Deals 50+(30%INT) spell damage a second to nearby enemies, and then deals 30+(5%INT) spelldamage for second total they where hit. Heals you for 70+(5%INT) pre each second damage was dealt.

Level 4: Lasts 7 seconds.Deals 60+(30%INT) spell damage a second to nearby enemies, and then deals 30+(5%INT) spell damage for each second total they where hit. Heals you for 80+(5%INT) pre each second damage was dealt.

 

Effect: So it looks like what it says, you have the tree spinning in circles dealing damage. Good for ganking, high quick damage early game and good for jungling.

Ability Two: Roots

General's roots grow so fast, they can grow onto an enemy while they are moving, then proceed to sap thier life force.

Energy Cost: Passive

Cooldown: Passive

Range: 7 unit passive radius around Sherman.

 

Level 1: Saps 20+(15%INT) spell damage a second from all nearby enemies, and slowing for 10%, does not stack

Level 2: Saps 25+(15%INT) spell damage a second from all nearby enemies, and slowing for 12%, does not stack

Level 3: Saps 30+(15%INT) spell damage a second from all nearby enemies, and slowing for 14%, does not stack

Level 4: Saps 35+(15%INT) spell damage a second from all nearby enemies, and slowing for 16%, does not stack

 

Effect: You can gain health, and deal dot to enemies! Makes you hard to kill, and good for jungling.

Ability Three: Leaf Storm

Sherman has his branches rattle, making the leaves fall down, cutting nearby foes. Launches 4 waves of leaves a second/

Energy Cost: 60,80,100,120

Cooldown: 26,24,22,20

Range: 6

 

Level 1: Launches 7 waves of leaves. Each of these leaves deals 30+(20%INT) spell damage. These leaves will home into the target for a total of 5 seconds, traveling at 3.0 units a second.

Level 2: Launches 10 waves of leaves. Each of these leaves deals 30+(20%INT) spell damage. These leaves will home into the target for a total of 5 seconds, traveling at 3.0 units a second.

Level 3: Launches 13 waves of leaves. Each of these leaves deals 30+(20%INT) spell damage. These leaves will home into the target for a total of 5 seconds, traveling at 3.0 units a second.

Level 4: Launches 16 waves of leaves. Each of these leaves deals 30+(20%INT) spell damage. These leaves will home into the target for a total of 5 seconds, traveling at 3.0 units a second.

Effect: Will look like cains ulti, except with leaves and does alot less damage. Good ganking skill and can be used while using Twirling Branch Slap.

Ultimate Ability: Hammer Thwomp

General uses his biggest branch and slaps the ground, dealing damage to all enemies in the area and slowing them.

Energy Cost: 150,200,250

Cooldown: 180,140,100

Range: 8 after impact

 

Level 1: Deals 200+(100%INT) spell damage to all enemies in a 4 unit radius of impact and deals 100+(50%INT) spell damage to all enemies in an 8 unit radius. All units standing in this place take (30%INT) spell damage a second. 2 second cast time.

Level 2: Deals 250+(150%INT) spell damage to all enemies in a 4 unit radius of impact and deals 125+(75%INT) spell damage to all enemies in an 8 unit radius. All units standing in this place take (30%INT) spell damage a second. 1.85 second cast time.

Level 3: Deals 300+(200%INT) spell damage to all enemies in a 4 unit radius of impact and deals 150+(100%INT) spell damage to all enemies in an 8 unit radius. All units standing in this place take (30%INT) spell damage a second.1.65 second cast time.

 

Effect: Deals massive damage only if your near General Sherman. After this you can go and use your other skills to deals tons of damage to your opponents.

The only reason imo this wouldnt be op is because not many items give high STR

Most of you already know this but im terrible at balancing things, so please don't go like EWWW SO OP and dont say what is op :/.

After living in the Sanctum for century's and bearing witness to the destruction of his beloved forest friends from the seemingly never ending battle. General Sherman took up arms to finally help one side claim victory.

 

other then taking the idea from LOTR and taking most of the abilities from grass type pokemon this hero is all right. But his skills need to scale with int not str or you will have one extremely op toon

One thing bothers me is that, everything scales with STR, meaning INT is absolutely useless on this hero. Usually if a Hero has something that scales with STR // AGI, there is only 1 ability//passive that scales with it per Stat, per hero.

(Micro - HP - scales with STR, only)

(Zeratul - Backslash scales Agi)

(Biotron Minion - Scales with STR)

 

But the rest of their abilities scale with Weap or INT.

Think you can change a few of the STR to INT // Weap? :D

Leaf Storm - 480 + 320%STR scaling. That is a lot. o.o
