- Fixed Geneva's Base Stats (Starting STR/AGI/INT is now 28/24/38).



- Cerebro: Your Critical Strikes now reduce ability cooldowns by 5 seconds. Can only occur once every 4 seconds.

- Electic Mantle: Spell Damage reduced to 200 from 225.

- Organic Carapace: Health Regen Delay reduced to 5 seconds from 6.

- Lightning Rod: Effect now activates every 3rd attack from 4.

- Stun Baton: Stun Duration increased to 0.8 second from 0.6

- Sliptide Scythe: Spell Damage increased to 50 from 42.



- Chronosphere Time Slow reduced to 80% from 90.



- Magic Missle Cooldown increased to 20/18/16/14 from 15/14/13/12.

- Magic Missle Search Area reduced to 0.5 from 1.25.



- Reduced Feedback Armor Duration to 6 seconds from 8.

- Combat Medic INT-Scale increased to 50% from 40.

- Optic Flare Range increased to 8 from 7.

- Surgical Strike Energy Cost changed to 140/160/180/200 from 100/140/180/220.

- Jaws of Life Energy Cost reduced to 200/250/300 from 200/300/400.



- Spatial Flux Blink Range increased to 8, from 6.

- Spatial Flux no longer grants Movement Speed.

- Fast Twitch Damage increased to 70 (+100% STR) from 40*10LVL.

- Fast Twitch Stun Duration increased to 0.8 second from 0.5

- Expand! Strength Bonus reduced to 30/60/90 from 40/80/120.



- Remote Mine Damage increased to 150/300/450 (+80% INT) from 125/250/375 (+80% INT).



- Resized Utility Drone.



- Life Support Energy Cost increased to 80/100/120/140 from 60/80/100/120.



- Bone Armor now absorbs 3 enemy attacks from 2.



- Bloodbath Health Bonus reduced to +100/150/200 from +100/200/300.



- Desperado Jump 'Cntrl' Key disabled.



- Psionic Bola Range increased to 8/9/10/11 from 7/8/9/10.

- Psionic Bola Damage reduced to 70/130/190/250 (+50% INT) from 90/160/230/300 (+50% INT).



- Putrify Physical Damage Amplification increased to 20/30/40% from 10/20/30.



- Unix Marines Charges increased to 8 from 6.

- Unix Marines Cooldown reduced to 4 seconds from 5.

- Unix Marines Toss Range changed to 5/10/15/20 from 6/9/12/15.

- Fungal Toxin Cooldown changed to 20/18/16/14 from 16.

- Brain Sap Energy Return reduced to 20% from 50.

- Brain Sap Energy Cost reduced to 150/200/250 from 150/250/350.



- Mass Effect Damage increased 150/300/450 (+50% INT) from 100/200/300 (+50% INT).



- Flash Grenade INT-Scale reduced to 30% from 40.

- Flash Grenade Debuff Duration reduced to 25 seconds from 30.



- Armageddon Cooldown reduced to 20 seconds from 25.



- Dimension Slash INT-Scale reduced to 30% from 40.

- Dimension Slash Cooldown reduced to 120/100/80 from 120/110/100.

- Judgement Cut Cooldown reduced to 10/8/6/4 from 10.

- Judgement Cut no longer requires vision to use.

- Trick Range increased to 8 from 7.

Mixed feelings about this patch. The good thing is that I agree with the thought behind each change, excluding Vergil cd being lowered (10/9/8/7 would be better) although due to the damage nerf it's quasi-ok . The bad news is that this is not IMO the correct fixes for Boros Bola, Jackson, Bio, and Electric Mantle.

Most changes seem OK. Liked the new Micro with the speed burst, but I guess that is gone. All the other changes are fine, though not sure why stun baton's stun duration was increased. This is such an incredibly cheesy item with the right build. I mean if you are at the attack speed cap and have yamato activated with masamune, you pretty much create a permastun effect on your target. Needless to say this item will be abused. And if lightning rod is gonna be buffed its price should go up a little bit. Lightning rod is not a bad item, just that it is not strong enough much of the time to devote an inventory slot to and too expensive to be an item you just buy early and sell later. Nevertheless, it now does comparable damage to sliptyde on a single target so stacking it with pyre, sliptyde, and stun baton with argus and yamato might be a good caster AA hybrid build on some intel heroes.

I think the nerf to bola damage and the increase in range is the right way to go, IMO just think the damage should be decreased even more or possibly zero as long as the bola range can be increased maximum 13 at least or decrease the damage relative to the range even more :)

Sadly no bugfixes on other issues raised in the last month

Think the change to Null may have been a bit much given that he's been nerfed for several patches now and was actually well balanced the last time.

Electric mantle change also seems a bit strange given that the cd went from 10 to 8 to 12 now and the damage is gettin a hit. A lot of the time people are now forgoing it anyway.

Aww no more super speed Micro eat my dust an away u go that alot ppl cryed over cause of a little lost warp range but a big gain in speed which was better if you toss a grav edge, PhM an so on u get the point was fun warp then seeing the bigest thing out run almost ever thing funny as hell, really did like him like that.


Hmm bio ult got buff alittle bit but still dont matter if his minions die out rite in 1secs cause say nova has exp rounds or high damage aoes lol so i guess mele bio still better then cast bio for the time being still.


Well atlest they finaly fix the leap bug was getting tried of having to click ever time u leap to make sure they landed rite which could cause you not to do any damage but still used the power lol.

Holy shap unix got mad buffs.....should make for some crazy laning


Nice to see some jack and jackson buffs in there too


Love the buffs to judgement cut, was really frustrating not being able to cast it while inside genevas sight blocker skill


Like the stun baton and lightning rod buffs, rod seemed rather underused, and stun baton just hadn't seemed as useful compared to other items since that original nerf to every 5th attack. Will be interesting to see if this changes peoples builds at all.


I feel like the cerebro change makes chaining SS's on boros a whole lot easier since you technically can take off 10 every 8 seconds instead of 9 now. If my math is right you should be able to do 4-5 in a row now instead of 3 with the SS troll build, altho I suppose the crit timing would be a little harder to pull off :P


Not sure that I agree with the micro teleport change, before when it was changed to 6 the speed buff helped make up for the fact he was no longer at 11 range. Now he just got a straight up nerf overall by setting it at 8 with no movement, it should probably be buffed to at least be 9 so that its at least as good as warp shard, or he should still get a minor speed buff (like 10-20%) to even things out a bit. I like that you are trying to make him do more damage, but it feels like you are really limiting his ability to be the strong initiator people play him for unless they include shard/SHC in every build.


A little confused by the darpa change, because I just tested and his ult is still bound to R, it sounds like you were trying to make it so people had to manually click the skill and couldnt use the keyboard which would be a hilarious nerf, but its def not changed as far as I can tell. Is that a bug? Or did I misunderstand the patch notes....????

But I also don't really use darpa so I really don't know if that means something else entirely for him...???


Regardless of the above, much love for making mad changes over Christmas, that takes some serious dedication ;)

The change was to remove the Cntrl+Right Click hotkey, which was another way to activate the jump. This hotkey was meant for Darpa's old ultimate, which allowed him use it three times consecutively. But since that has been changed, there's no reason to keep this function anymore (Also prevents players from randomly jumping now).


I think changing the word Control to Cntrl would be clearer.

Jeeze. Talk about buffing unix. o.o Altho he slightly demands more energy because of nerf to energy resupply.


Horray 11 bola unit range. The 1 actually makes the difference since bola range useless never hits at the tip of the radius. This will help a lot :D.


Biotron Buff. I don't even notice it... Be nice if claymore scaled with 80% INT :D :D :D


Poor Micro. Got some more nerfs :P His twitch + Starfury would be funny. an AA dealing 100% STR and INT. :D

Yeah, was playing some unix last night, and he is positively beastly now.


Too early to tell if the buffs were too much or not, but I will say this: it is now necessary to have a gravity's edge weilding AOE against him. That is great in my opinion, since you HAVE to have an axe weilding tank against leeching carries these days. It is refreshing to see a non-agi unit actually require direct countering.


Patch seems pretty good.

The EM nerf makes me sad, it cuts down on my EM abuse builds, most notably on tassadar. But I feel as if all the other changes were warrented, the Jakk mines makes it much more fun now (will take fewer mines). I like the Zera nerf a LOT, but it could have even been a bit more IMO, I guess i will have to try the changes before jumping to conclusions, but 80% will allow for more escapes than when at 90, so I guess its a fair trade. But, all Zera needs to get is a timesplitter, and they are back to at least 90% sooo idk.
