Altho, this only saves you a few strikes, unless it takes you 40 hits to get the enemy down to 20% his max hp. Nice and useful when enemies are getting low Hp to about 5 - 10% their Max Hp. -- Ability One: Reape "Target a location, causing 10 Dark templars (that kinda look like shadow), to appear in a circle around the location, 8 units away from it. Each Dark templar approaches the center, moving at a speed of 6, and will slash the targeted location (all at the same time) when they reach it, and continue running in the direction they were moving for 1 more second, before disappearing. (This ability is all about da looks). Each slash deals damage in an AoE 1.5 unit Radius." Energy Cost: 70//80//90//100 Cooldown: 19//17//15//13 Range: 10 Level 1: Each Dark Templar deals 10[+10% Weap] Spell Damage. [Total: 200[+100% Weap]] Level 4: Each Dark Templar deals 25[+10% Weap] Spell Damage. [Total: 250[+100% Weap]] Effect: It looks cool, like death is coming from all directions. The templar can move threw enemies and terrain too. -- Ability Two: Touch of Death [Passive] "Enemies lose a % of their current Hp per second if they have at least 1 Doom debuff. Deals Spell Damage" Energy Cost: None Cooldown: None Range: None Level 1: Lose 0.75% Current Hp per second. Level 2: Lose 1.50% Current Hp per second. Level 3: Lose 2.25% Current Hp per second. Level 4: Lose 3.00% Current Hp per second. Effect: Having 1 or 50 doom stacks have the same effect. The passive works only if the enemy has a doom stack. -- Ability Three: Near Death "Eradicate gains Weapon damage and movement speed depending on how much missing hp he has for 4 seconds." Energy Cost: 70//80//90//100 Cooldown: 24//22//20//18 Range: Self Level 1: Gain +1% Weapon damage and movement speed per 7% Missing Hp. Level 2: Gain +2% Weapon damage and movement speed per 7% Missing Hp. Level 3: Gain +3% Weapon damage and movement speed per 7% Missing Hp. Level 4: Gain +4% Weapon damage and movement speed per 7% Missing Hp. Effect: Use it when low hp. Win. -- Ultimate Ability: Reaper's Toll "Eradicate slashes an area around him, dealing Spell damage equal to a % of his missing Hp and applying Doom debuffs to the target. Eradicate will also auto-kill any enemy that is below a certain amount of Hp. Deals Spell damage in a a 3 unit radius around him. 1 second channel." Energy Cost: 100//150//200 Cooldown: 60//50//40 Range: 3 Level 1: Deals 15% Eradicate's Missing Hp + [100%int] Spell Damage. Auto-Kills enemies with less than 11% Max Hp. Enemy gains +10 Doom Stacks and refreshes all Doom Stacks. Level 2: Deals 20% Eradicate's Missing Hp + [100%int] Spell Damage. Auto-Kills enemies with less than 13% Max Hp. Enemy gains +15 Doom Stacks and refreshes all Doom Stacks. Level 3: Deals 25% Eradicate's Missing Hp + [100%int] Spell Damage. Auto-Kills enemies with less than 15% Max Hp. Enemy gains +20 Doom Stacks and refreshes all Doom Stacks. Effect: A spammable final. Not really good unless you have low Hp. Also good vs enemies with super low Hp. While an Auto-Death ability may seem OP, the fact it is so low, it isn't really as effective as you would think. -- Additional Information A Hero that revolves around % of Max Hp. I feel Pyre would be good :) -- Closing statement Thanks for reading. Another quickly made hero without really thinking to much about balancing :P Eliwan and NormalCoolGuy
