Tiptoe Stride

Maximus' walker creates shockwaves every 2 seconds that he is walking, slowing down enemies caught in a radius of 4 by 15% for 2 seconds and stunning them for 0.25 seconds if their maximum life is less than 50% of Maximus'.

--

The Pacifier

Mana Cost: 110/140/160/190

Cooldown: 20

Duration: 1

Channelling, Maximus uses his vacuum projectors to draw in all enemies in a 2 unit, 55 degree cone in front of him. Units are slowed and drawn in at a rate of 2 units per second. All units that reach him are contained, invincible, inside his storage tanks, unable to move or attack but able to cast spells. Maximus may not use items while containing a hero.

If casted directly on an ally, Maximus will only trap the ally instead.

Level 1: 20% slow, heroes can be trapped inside for up to 1.25 seconds.

Level 2: 30% slow, heroes can be trapped inside for up to 1.75 seconds.

Level 3: 40% slow, heroes can be trapped inside for up to 2.25 seconds.

Level 4: 50% slow, heroes can be trapped inside for up to 2.75 seconds.

A potent initiation move, this may be used in conjunction with his W in order to send enemies long distances, or to save a teammate by sucking in a carry and walking to your other initiator (if you have one), or by simply sucking him up and using warp shard to get away.

Silent Strike

Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90

Cast Range: 7

Range Slop: 3

Cooldown: 11

Duration: 2/3/4/5

Channeling, Maximus fires off concussive shells at the target, slowing the target by 50% and dealing spell damage per second, also dealing 50% of that a spell damage to surrounding units.

If Maximus is containing an enemy or allied hero, he may launch the hero to the target location. After flying for 0.25 seconds, the target is stunned for 0.5 seconds.

Level 1: 25 (+30% INT) spell damage per second. 2 second duration.

Level 2: 35 (+30% INT) spell damage per second. 3 second duration.

Level 3: 45 (+30% INT) spell damage per second. 4 second duration.

Level 4: 55 (+30% INT) spell damage per second. 5 second duration.

Without the Q, this is his farming move and a long-distance initiation move. It can also be used to incapacitate an enemy during a team battle. It is also a great DPS move if you decide to build him DPS.

Dead Silence

While Maximus is not casting spells, nearby enemies lose a fixed amount of mana for each spell they cast.

Level 1: 20 (+20% STR) mana removed.

Level 2: 30 (+20% STR) mana removed.

Level 3: 40 (+20% STR) mana removed.

Level 4: 50 (+20% STR) mana removed.

This is not very useful against high-energy casters, but it is quite helpful against enemy tanks and carries who have low energy reserves.

The Great Escape

Mana Cost: 200/350/500

Cooldown: 120/100/80/60

Cast Time: 1.5

Maximus releases a wave which causes allies in a radius of 6 to gain movement speed and enemies in a radius of 6 to lose movement speed and become silenced for half the duration of the speed debuff.

Level 1: +/-10% movement speed, 5 second duration.

Level 2: +/-25% movement speed, 7 second duration.

Level 3: +/-40% movement speed, 9 second duration.

This is, as its name suggests, an escape ability, but also allows Maximus to help the team cross long distances, or escape as a whole. It can also be used to catch up to a running enemy.

And yes, it is a 9 second silence.

I like the unit base, and thats about it...

The ease of turning around, warp sharding then mass impact dials makes it so he could get the enemy practically back to the base in 2 seconds.

This hero seems like it could be built very trollifically (which i like). But, why did you make it intelligence, i think strength would have been a better call, since you have the stats about even.

Balance wise, I dont think the ultimate would be used as escape as much as it would be used to completely destroy in team fights, in turn with his passive. Just mass hp, people will generally have less than you if thats the plan, and you can slow, then walk all over them (literally).

It also decreases the duration of the time the enemy is inside the thor.

untrue... for example as brine time actually doesnt decrease the drag durration, rather, allows more damage to be registered while being dragged. Just like Unix's 5.0 Ult.

Oh, that's interesting... So Yamato would increase Brine's E's total damage output by about 50%(assuming continuous movement) with the 15% spell dave boost tacked on top of timescale.
