This hero is named after my 5th account i think it was.

Level 2: Deals 1.4 times the enemy's attack damage and 60 spell damage.

Level 1: Deals 0.27% more spell damage and 0.23% more physical damage for every 1 armor Bob has.

Level 2: Deals 0.3% more spell damage and 0.26% more physical damage for every 1 armor Bob has.

Level 3: Deals 0.33% more spell damage and 0.29% more physical damage for every 1 armor Bob has.

Level 4: Deals 0.36% more spell damage and 0.32% more physical damage for every 1 armor Bob has.

[E] Ability Three: That hurts

Bob gains orbs that stack 3 times.

Every time Bob is attacked by physical damage he loses 1 orb but takes no damage and the attacker takes it in physical damage.

Cooldown: 8/7/6/5 seconds for one orb to reset.

Range: N/A

Level 1: Attcker takes 70% damage dealt as physical damage.

Level 2: Attcker takes 80% damage dealt as physical damage.

Level 3: Attcker takes 90% damage dealt as physical damage.

Level 4: Attcker takes 100% damage dealt as physical damage.

[R] Ultimate Ability: Bobby

Bob has all his skill plus one more and gains a percentage more of his armor. Eg if he had 10 armor and a level 1 final it would give him 1 more armor making him have 11 armor. It also makes enemy heroes in a 3 unit range take a percent more spell and physical damage.

Lasts 10 seconds in this form.

Energy Cost: 125/135/145

Cooldown: 50 seconds.

Range: 3

 

Level 1: Bob gains 10% more armor and enemy heroes in a 3 unit range take 10% more spell and physical damage.

Level 2: Bob gains 20% more armor and enemy heroes in a 3 unit range take 20% more spell and physical damage.

Level 3: Bob gains 30% more armor and enemy heroes in a 3 unit range take 30% more spell and physical damage.

[E] Ability four: Ouch

Bob deals damage to the enemy and himself of a percentage of his max health. Bob also can not be killed by using this skill.

Energy Cost: 130

Cooldown: 14 seconds.

Level 1: Bob deals 13% of his max health to himself and the enemy.

Level 2: Bob deals 16% of his max health to himself and the enemy.

Level 3: Bob deals 19% of his max health to himself and the enemy.

I could sense barb being rather overpowered with him. (Not only because it is before mitigation, but because of his passive + armor help toward passives). He could easily gain 70 Armor, thus barb doing 35% More damage.

Problems:

A lot of the abilities don't have names (which help varify what the ability really is or how it has to relate to hero)

And a lot of abilities lack even the basic detail. While ability damage is always assumed to be spell damage, a lot of his abilities would be Over powered if they did Spell damage, and not physical damage, especially with Eletrical + Barb combo.

This hero to me seems like the hero you would have to try out to see if he was over powered or not. (I don't really understand how the final works, because it seems like the final has two difference CD, is a transformation, and it doesn't have a duration on it.)
