Whoops meant to post this a few hours ago but I forgot to

Originally a more complex hero like Vorpal with a passive that granted him stacks that dealt bonus damage, but I already did that. So instead, something completely different!

Changelog:

11/3/2012

- 6.x update

Name: Rei.Guqat

Portrait: Scout

Unit Base: Phoenix

Type: Ranged Support.Carry

Script: A tactical commander with a ship that can manipulate gravity enough to alter the passage of time slightly for a while. Rei utilized this in a decisive battle after his ship's engines were shot, preventing the ship from moving much. Using the same manipulation of gravity, Rei brought the ship towards a mysterious place where he hoped to fix it, and instead was greeted with an enternity of combat.

A manipulator of many things, Rei's ship is also equipped with an ancient solvent that can evidently dissolve anything given enough time; and Rei specializes in ensuring his enemies cannot escape, by increasing how long it takes for time to pass in an area while also drawing parts of the enemy to other enemies as they are attacked. His ship can do the same effect on a larger scale, removing parts from enemies and smashing them into other enemies for devastating effect.

Starting Stats:

Health 200

Movement Speed 2.80

Attack Range 5

Attack Speed 1.85

Damage 44

Strength – *24 + 8*

Agility – 20 + 7

Intelligence – 18 + 5

Abilities:

Heroic Passive: Particle Draw

"Each time Rei damages an enemy, particles are drawn out of them, causing 10% of the damage dealt to be removed as energy from the target. Even if the target had no energy, 10% of the dealt damage to health jumps to another nearby enemy, dealing physical damage that draws no aggression towards Rei."

Range: 5

Effect: Jump prioritizes Heroes before Spawns before Creeps.

This ability allows Rei to give a punch to both enemy heroes and creeps. Since the enemy will suffer additional damage from Rei attacking, the creep waves can fall unexpectedly quickly.

Ability One: Gravity Sphere

"Rei creates a sphere that amplifies gravity within it, reducing Time Scale of enemy units in the sphere."

Energy Cost: 125 + 20 per level

Cooldown: 23

Range: Cast 6, AoE has radius 2

Level 1: Reduces Time Scale of enemy units by 10%. Sphere lasts for 4 seconds.

Level 2: Reduces Time Scale of enemy units by 15%. Sphere lasts for 4 seconds.

Level 3: Reduces Time Scale of enemy units by 20%. Sphere lasts for 4 seconds.

Level 4: Reduces Time Scale of enemy units by 25%. Sphere lasts for 4 seconds.

Effect: A useful skill that can be used to chase or escape, and benefits Rei when laning by a good amount. Good for controlling an area as well.

Ability Two: Universolvent Missiles

"Firing a pair of missiles loaded with different ancient recipes that create an all-disolving liquid when they touch. The liquid expands over an area, and the area lingers for 6 seconds. Damage per second effect lasts for 2 seconds after exiting area of effect."

Energy Cost: 125 + 20 per level

Cooldown: 28

Range: 6 to cast, AoE has a radius of 2

Level 1: Deals damage equal to 200% of enemy hero's regeneration each second they are in the field. Deals 3% of creep's current health in damage each second.

Level 2: Deals damage equal to 350% of enemy hero's regeneration each second they are in the field. Deals 4.5% of creep's current health in damage each second.

Level 3: Deals damage equal to 500% of enemy hero's regeneration each second they are in the field. Deals 6% of creep's current health in damage each second.

Level 4: Deals damage equal to 650% of enemy hero's regeneration each second they are in the field. Deals 7.5% of creep's current health in damage each second.

Effect: A useful high-damage skill. Not good to combine with Gravity Sphere, however, as the damage from this skill will not increase, but it will not decrease.

Ability Three: Gravity Flare

"Rei creates a disparity in gravity at a point, decreasing the Movement Speed and dealing Spell Damage to enemies inside it and increasing the Movement Speed of allies inside it. Area lasts for 5 seconds and buff/debuff persists for 2 additional seconds."

Energy Cost: 100

Cooldown: 23

Range: 6 to cast, radius 2

Level 1: +/- 20% Movement Speed. Deals 10 [+10% INT] True Damage per second.

Level 2: +/- 30% Movement Speed. Deals 15 [+10% INT] True Damage per second.

Level 3: +/- 40% Movement Speed. Deals 20 [+10% INT] True Damage per second.

Level 4: +/- 50% Movement Speed. Deals 25 [+10% INT] True Damage per second.

Effect: A decent skill that deals a fair amount of damage, but has relatively little killing power as it takes 3 seconds before the damage is dealt. Useful also as an escape skill (Main purpose), and a chasing skill by planting it as far away as possible.

Ultimate Ability: Gravity Draw

"[P] Increases energy drain from Particle Draw, jump percentage, and enemies that Rei damage lose Time Scale.

[A] Rei's next attack has doubled effects from Particle Draw [includes increased bonus from this ability]. [38/54/70% Energy Drain, 40/60/80% jump damage]"

Energy Cost: 80

Cooldown: 8

Range: Self / All hit enemies

Level 1: Increases energy drain to 19% of dealt damage. Increases jump damage percentage to 20%. Reduces Time Scale by 2% for 4 seconds, stacking up to 6 times.

Level 2: Increases energy drain to 27% of dealt damage. Increases jump damage percentage to 30%. Reduces Time Scale by 3% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 6 times.

Level 3: Increases energy drain to 35% of dealt damage. Increases jump damage percentage to 40%. Reduces Time Scale by 4% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 6 times.

Effect: A powerful, passive ultimate. This allows Rei's regular attacks to take out a decent amount of energy and deal a hefty portion of damage to a secondary target. It also gives Rei a passive escape and chasing mechanism.
