[HERO SUGGESTION] Chef.Khuizin

I suck at formatting...and I'm also bad at numbers,so you guys can decide what will the number be and to balance it. This is my second hero suggestion

I've been thinking this for a while,why don't we have a Zealot Chef Hero?

Script:It is an odd sight to see,a Protoss master of the culinary arts.Raised by Terran restaurant entrepreneurs, Khuizin was considered the black sheep of the Protoss army, with little to no combat skill.He escaped back to Mar Sara, where he cooked and served gourmet on Terrans. Eventually,he got bored, and escaped to the Imperial Sanctum, where ed\\decided to cook up whoopass stew to his enemies

Despite being a chef.he has gained combat skill,enabling Khuizin to cook up victory on his team.He can summon fruits to damage his enemies, can scald his enemies by cooking oil,or even psionically throw his utensils to damage them. He can also cook himself up rage,further boosting up the potency of his spells.

 

 

 

Heroic Passive:Cook's Fury

Every time Khuizin uses an ability,he gais +0.4 health regen and +0.2 energy regen for 8 seconds stacking up to 6 times

 

 

 

 

Q Skill: Deep-Fried Oil

Khuizin showers up his enemies by sizzling cooking oil,damaging them by a percentage of their max life.(+1.25% per Iron Chef level)

Cost 80/105/130/155

CD:16/13/10/7

Level 1:Deals 5% of enemy's max health.

Level 2:Deals 10% of enemy's max health

Level 3:Deals 15% of enemy's max health

Level 4 :Deals 20% of enemy's max health.

 

 

 

 

W Skill : Fruit Ninja

Khuizin throws some fruits in an area, each dealing 10+(15% INT) Spell Damage (+2 fruits per Iron Chef Level)

Cost:75/90/105/120

CD 15/12/9/6

Range 8.5

Level 1:Throws 8 fruits.

Level 2:Throws 10 fruits.

Level 3:Throws 12 fruits.

Level 4:Throws 14 fruits.

 

 

 

E Skill:Slice n'Dice

Khuizin psionically throws his utensils into his enemies,dealing damage, but he can not auto-attack during the duration of the spell,but he can still use abilites.(+25 more Spell damage and +0.4 second duration per level of Iron Chef

Level 1:Deals 50+(50% INT) Spell Damage .

Level 2:Deals 100+(50% INT) Spell Damage.

Level 3:Deals 150+(50% INT) Spell Damage.

R Skill : Iron Chef

[Passive] Khuizin now has a chance to cast his spells multiple times.

[Passive] Khuizin's abilities have their power increased.

How Iron Chef works:

Deep-Fried Oil's damage gets increased.

Fruit Ninja summons more fruits

Slice'n Dice duration increased,damage also increased

Level 1:25% chance to cast 2 Deep-fried Oils, 2 Fruit Ninjas, or 2 Slice n Dices.Other abilities have their power increased.

Level 2:20% chance to cast two Oils, Ninjas or Dices and 20% chance to cast three. 40% total chance for Iron Chef.Other abilities have their power increased further

Level 3:25% chance to cast two Oils,Ninjas or Dices,12.5% chance to cast three,and 12.5 chance to cast four.50% total chance for Iron Chef.Other abilities have their power to the maximum level.

 

Summary:

One of the only two INT heroes in AoS,I based this hero on Ogre Magi of DotA. Khuizin looks like an INT clone of Vergil,but his true power comes with Iron Chef.

Deep-Fried Oil is his ordinary nuke,Fruit Ninja is his multi-hit AoE and Slice n Dice is his normal AoE spell.

I might add numbers to this, or if this hero is to be even tested in alpha, you guys can decide the numbers to make this heroes balanced.Since I'm just a regular pubber,I prolly know nothing of balance.

 

1-this exact hero will never be made though concepts might be so we wont be adding numbers

 

2-it doesnt hurt to try to add numbers and make it look pretty. if u are off people on here will help you :) also if it isnt made well people wont read ur suggestion and im guess that includes RNG meaning if u want any of these concepts to be included into the game make it so he will actually look at the whole thing.

 

3- if u feel u dont have time i can always take it and put ur idea into a hero suggestion format for u just like the other 2 from my signature :)

For his main attack you can use the rebel civilian attack animation (throws a molotov cocktail)

Deep-Fried Oil- Perhaps this could take off a % of max health. You know, to change it up. Maybe 5% +5% per level.

fruit ninja- 10 damage [+10% INT] per fruit, +2 damage per Iron Chef Passive level. (16 damage maxed)

Slice n' Dice- How about 50 [+50% INT] +60 per level, +60 per Iron Chef Passive level, over 4 seconds. 2.5 radius.

 

Just some preliminary numbers to help you get your suggestion together ^^

I set it up so his abilities would be a little stronger than other heroes', this is mostly because without a huge damage/utility ulti he will rely heavily upon his abilities into lategame.

MAAR and Garamond do not need reworks. =X

 

On the other hand, Shadow could use a bit of a rework.

 

And Starscream could use one too. But I really don't think there is a need for reworking.

 

Also, Tassadar's rework would be as simple as "Energy Rake no longer replaces Tassadar's Auto Attack and is now able to be changed between auto-cast and not auto-cast"... =X
