Eliwan
Changelog: 09/12/2011 - Began Creation 10/27/2012 - Hey-hey-a-hey-hey! AoS update for my favorite Bard. Name: Bard.Isium Portrait: Civilian Unit Base: Civilian, with a fluuuttee that it plaays to attack and do everything. Type: Ranged Caster.Support Script: zzz Starting Stats: Health – 180 Movement Speed – 2.75 Attack Range – 5 Attack Speed – 1.75 Damage – 24 Attack Animation | Name - A glowy set of three wavy lines from him to the target. | Exce's Note Strength – 20 + 5 Agility – *28 + 7* Intelligence – 28 + 7 -- Abilities: Heroic Passive: Bard's Notes "Isium's melodies are a source of power. His flute plays notes even as Isium is playing a different tune; causing all nearby allies in radius 10 to heal [1 + 0.5 * HeroLevel] Health each second for 10 seconds. While Isium is casting his abilities [Q-E-R], his Movement Speed and Attack Speed are reduced by 40%." Effect: Free sustainer? Starts out at 1.5 Health Regen and increases to 10 at maximum level; hopefully not too broken. Casting any spell of Isium's doesn't cancel any of the other active ones. He may have all 3 of his per-second cost spells up (for 7% maximum energy per second, though). Stacking multiple songs together does not slow him 40% each, but instead 40% total. This creates a green aura around allies. -- Ability One: Shrill Shrieks "Isium begins playing a rancid tune, causing nearby enemies pungent pain and mobility restrictions each second while active." Energy Cost: 1% per second Cooldown: 20 seconds from toggling off Range: 10 Level 1: Deals 10 (+17% INT) Spell Damage each second. Slows enemies by 10%. Effects persist for 2 seconds after toggling off. Level 2: Deals 17 (+17% INT) Spell Damage each second. Slows enemies by 15%. Effects persist for 2.5 seconds after toggling off. Level 3: Deals 24 (+17% INT) Spell Damage each second. Slows enemies by 20%. Effects persist for 3 seconds after toggling off. Level 4: Deals 31 (+17% INT) Spell Damage each second. Slows enemies by 25%. Effects persist for 3.5 seconds after toggling off. Effect: Isium's main strength is from allies, not being alone. This ability reduces Isium's power to also slash any enemies, and give allies a chance to finish them. This creates a reddish purple aura around enemies. -- Ability Two: Quick Chirp "Isium quickly makes a shrieking, dense note in a straight line that deals damage in an area. Passively this makes his Heroic Passive deal damage. For every 18 seconds Isium does not cast this spell, he acquires a stack of Shrill, causing this attack to deal 4% extra damage on next use. This also increases the passive damage by the same amount. Isium may have up to his Level in stacks of Shrill." Energy Cost: 40 + 15 per level Cooldown: 14 seconds Range: Dissipates after 8/11/14/17 units traveled, AoE has a radius of 1.5 Level 1: Deals 50 (+40% Weapon Damage) Spell Damage in the area. Bard's Notes deals 1 + 0.5 * Hero Level True Damage per second. Level 2: Deals 80 (+40% Weapon Damage) Spell Damage in the area. Bard's Notes deals 1.5 + 0.7 * Hero Level True Damage per second. Level 3: Deals 110 (+40% Weapon Damage) Spell Damage in the area. Bard's Notes deals 2 + 0.9 * Hero Level True Damage per second. Level 4: Deals 140 (+40% Weapon Damage) Spell Damage in the area. Bard's Notes deals 2.5 + 1.1 * Hero Level True Damage per second. Effect: Isium's only raw-damage ability that works when he is alone. Passive damage goes from 1.5 True Damage per second all the way to 18.556 True Damage per second [18 stacks of Shrill at level 18]. Enemies affected by this spell, either part of it, has a yellow aura about it. -- Ability Three: Heroic Yarn "Isium spins a tale, increasing the overall might of nearby allies. The buff persists for 3 seconds after leaving the range." Energy Cost: 2% of max per second Cooldown: 24 seconds from toggling off Range: 8 Level 1: Nearby allies deal 10% more Physical, Spell, and True Damage. They are also granted +8% Attack Speed. Level 2: Nearby allies deal 15% more Physical, Spell, and True Damage. They are also granted +12% Attack Speed. Level 3: Nearby allies deal 20% more Physical, Spell, and True Damage. They are also granted +16% Attack Speed. Level 4: Nearby allies deal 25% more Physical, Spell, and True Damage. They are also granted +20% Attack Speed. Effect: Good for making Isium a powerful assisting presence- creeps would be a force to be reckoned with from this! This creates a orange aura around affected units. -- Ultimate Ability: Phoenix Prayer "Slowing himself by 40%, Isium plays the song of the Phoenix, raising units around in multiple different ways. Raised units have 100 + 25 * Lvl Health, have no Collision Radius, and deal 20 [+20% INT] damage per second, with flat movement speed of 4." Energy Cost: 4% per second Cooldown: 180 seconds from toggle off Range: 10 Level 1: Raises 1 unit every 6 seconds. Nearby allies have +10% Movement Speed and +15% Damage Resistance. Level 2: Raises 1 unit every 5 seconds. Nearby allies have +15% Movement Speed and +22% Damage Resistance. Level 3: Raises 1 unit every 4 seconds. Nearby allies have +20% Movement Speed and +30% Damage Resistance. Effect: P= That is all. This creates a blue aura around allies. -- Additional Information If you don't build Aura items you did it wrong. Isium has high range on all his abilities so you don't have to get much STR as you can just stay back during team-fights. So really, build aura items and some CDR as you WILL need more CDR. Here's the Recommended Item Build! -- Closing statement Thanks for reading, and please make a constructive comment \ suggestion!
Midknight
You design a D&D/Pathfinder character but forget to list what alignment he is? For shame.
NoWaterJustIce
i think it might be better on the ulti to maybe do 1/2/3 units every 6 seconds. with how much energy it drains im not sure u will be able to keep it on long enough to get many phoenix buddies out :( unless they were more extra to the buffs it gives your allies. Eliwan
@Midknight: Isium Talinard [who I broke up into two different heroes, Glacier.Talinard and Bard.Isium]; as a DnD character, is a Level 4 Bard. He is Lawful Neutral. In a different setting he commands song, ice, and sword; so... @Quistmann: While that'd be awesome, I don't want him to have too many summons out. If he has a lot then they're soo broken because Isium has 3 AoE super-buffs. And nobody questions the Nitrogen Retrofit in the item build? =[
