Seems pretty obvious that the community disagrees with the change. Other than wanting to copy LoL I don't see their reasoning for wanting to keep the change. This makes over 1120 spell damage on level 4 with banes. team fight GG. - Attack speed cap raised from 315% to 350%. Seems like a missive buff to all AA heroes. Gabriel.Tosh - Spectres now have 100+20*LVL Health from 50*10*LVL i thought tosh was 1 of the most balanced heroes of all. well, whatever. talents. I mean when you're channeling your ult to hit someone as Raynor and there's an enemy hero approaching you, you can only go "ohshapohshapohshap" as you die.
