Abilities:

Heroic Passive: Hunter's Mark

Predator's attacks leave a biological marker on his target that helps Predator hunt them down. After Predator's third consecutive autoattack on a single target, a mark is placed on that target for 12 seconds. Marked targets are always visible to Predator. Autoattacks against a marked target will refresh the mark. When moving towards a marked target, Predator moves 20% faster. Only one unit can have a mark on it at once.

Effect: Makes it difficult to get away from Predator, as well as enhancing his other abilities.

--

Ability One: Rending Claws

Predator increases the lethality of his claws, granting him additional weapon damage and causing his attacks to deal damage over time based on a percentage of the target's missing health. Additional autoattacks will cause one tick of Rending Claws damage before resetting the timer on it.

Hunter's Mark effect: When Predator attacks a marked enemy, he deals additional true damage equal to a percentage of their missing health.

Energy Cost: N/A

Cooldown: N/A

Range: N/A

Level 1: Predator gains 4 +10% STR weapon damage. Predator's attacks deal an additional 1.5% of his target's missing health as physical damage over 2 seconds. When attacking a marked enemy, Predator's attacks deal an additional 1% of their missing health as true damage.

Level 2: Predator gains 8 +10% STR weapon damage. Predator's attacks deal an additional 3% of his target's missing health as physical damage over 3 seconds. When attacking a marked enemy, Predator's attacks deal an additional 1.5% of their missing health as true damage.

Level 3: Predator gains 12 +10% STR weapon damage. Predator's attacks deal an additional 4.5% of his target's missing health as physical damage over 4 seconds. When attacking a marked enemy, Predator's attacks deal an additional 2% of their missing health as true damage.

Level 4: Predator gains 16 +10% STR weapon damage. Predator's attacks deal an additional 6% of his target's missing health as physical damage over 5 seconds. When attacking a marked enemy, Predator's attacks deal an additional 2.5% of their missing health as true damage.

Effect: Predator's main damage source when building him for attack speed, as the true damage from the hunter's mark effect will tear most enemies to shreds, even tanks. The bonus weapon damage is good for last hitting and allows him to build a little tankier without sacrificing too much damage.

--

Ability Two: Savage Assault

Predator leaps to the target area, stunning enemies in a small area of effect for a short duration. After leaping, Predator gains bonus attack speed for a short duration.

Hunter's Mark effect: When Predator hits a marked enemy with Savage Assault, its base cooldown is reduced to 4 seconds and Predator heals for 5% of his Maximum Health

Energy Cost: 50/60/70/80

Cooldown: 12

Range: 3.5/4/4.5/5 unit range, 2 unit stun AoE.

Level 1: Stuns for 0.4 seconds. Grants 20% attack speed for 1.5 seconds.

Level 2: Stuns for 0.6 seconds. Grants 35% attack speed for 2 seconds.

Level 3: Stuns for 0.8 seconds. Grants 50% attack speed for 2.5 seconds.

Level 4: Stuns for 1 second. Grants 65% attack speed for 3 seconds.

Effect: Chasing and initiation ability. Best maxed last.

--

Ability Three: Slice and Dice

Predator's next autoattack deals additional physical damage in an AoE and knocks all enemies hit that aren't marked 2 units away.

Hunter's Mark effect: Autoattacking a marked target reduces Slice and Dice's cooldown by 1 second. Marked targets also take 20% additional damage from Slice and Dice.

Energy Cost: 60

Cooldown: 10/8/6/4

Range: 2.25 unit AoE

Level 1: Deals 20 + 5% weapon damage physical damage.

Level 2: Deals 50 + 10% weapon damage physical damage.

Level 3: Deals 80 + 15% weapon damage physical damage.

Level 4: Deals 110 + 20% weapon damage physical damage.

Effect: This along with Rending Claws are what make basically pure attack speed such a scary and effective prospect for Predator, as this ability lets him spam some extra damage output but more importantly keep everyone else away. However, its high energy cost makes it prohibitive to abuse during the early game except for harass.

Ultimate Ability: No Escape

Cannot be activated unless a target is marked. When activated, after a two second channel which can be interrupted, Predator rushes to his currently marked target at 600% movement speed and applies a tapering slow to them as well as dealing hefty damage.

Hunter's Mark effect: Passively grant's Predator's attacks a 20% chance to root his target for 0.25 seconds when he attacks a marked target.

Energy Cost: 100/125/150

Cooldown: 90

Range: Global

Level 1: Slows the target by 60% which tapers off over 1.5 seconds. Deals 175 + 100% AGI physical damage.

Level 2: Slows the target by 75% which tapers off over 3 seconds. Deals 300 + 100% AGI physical damage.

Level 3: Slows the target by 90% which tapers off over 4.5 seconds. Deals 425 + 100% AGI physical damage.

Effect: Predator's finishing move, or just use it to catch an enemy that thinks they can get away, and then murder the crap out of them.

--

Additional Information

A mobile and damaging carry/ganker that scales marvelously with attack speed and can single out targets and kill them before anyone else can do anything about it.

This guy feels more like an Assassin to me. Q is great for dueling against anyone, W can be used from cliffs, E allows you to separate your target from the rest of his team, and his ult seems best when the target is alone, since otherwise you just dashed into a group of multiple people.

he's made to be an early game assassin that can transition into a carry with significant food or as a clean-up crew/roaming ganker if he doesn't get enough farm and kills.
