Ability One: TriColor Beacon

"Cereberus flashes a giant version of him to the sky, causing his robotic minions to come and aid him in combat. They can self-destruct as well, to inflict damage.

If Cereberus is not near his Predators for 20 seconds, they power down, preventing them from moving or attacking or exploding.

Predators have 35% Spell Resistance and no Physical Resistance."

Energy Cost: 80 + 30 per level

Cooldown: 45 seconds

Range: Radius 10 for aura effect to refresh Predator duration.

Level 1: Max 2 Predators. Each Predator has 60 + 10 * Lvl [+100% Strength] life, and deals damage equal to 15 (+10% AGI), with an attack speed of 1.5. Predators may Explode, dealing 50% of their current life in Spell Damage [and dying].

Level 2: Max 3 Predators. Each Predator has 90 + 12 * Lvl [+100% Strength] life, and deals damage equal to 22 (+10% AGI), with an attack speed of 1.5. Predators may Explode, dealing 50% of their current life in Spell Damage [and dying].

Level 3: Max 4 Predators. Each Predator has 120 + 14 * Lvl [+100% Strength] life, and deals damage equal to 29 (+10% AGI), with an attack speed of 1.5. Predators may Explode, dealing 50% of their current life in Spell Damage [and dying].

Level 4: Max 5 Predators. Each Predator has 150 + 16 * Lvl [+100% Strength] life, and deals damage equal to 36 (+10% AGI), with an attack speed of 1.5. Predators may Explode, dealing 50% of their current life in Spell Damage [and dying].

Effect: Cereberus can use this ability effectively to dish out tons of damage, and use the explosion to decimate a creep wave's health with ease.

Mobile Sentry wards! Except if Cereberus leaves them alone, then they can't move or attack.

Predators are all tinted player-color, and heavily so. They're about the size of Roaches.

Ability Two: TriColor Strikes

"Cereberus, with three heads, strikes in an Area of Effect each time he attacks by ramming 3 different locations, each one 30 degrees apart. Also adds Cereberus' Hero Level times two in bonus damage."

Energy Cost: --

Cooldown: Same as weapon

Range: Same as weapon

Level 1: Deals 15% damage 30 degrees left, and 30 degrees right with a splash radius of 0.9.

Level 2: Deals 25% damage 30 degrees left, and 30 degrees right with a splash radius of 1.1.

Level 3: Deals 35% damage 30 degrees left, and 30 degrees right with a splash radius of 1.3.

Level 4: Deals 45% damage 30 degrees left, and 30 degrees right with a splash radius of 1.5.

Effect: The AoE damage CANNOT hit the target.

--

Ability Three: TriColor Pulse

"Cereberus emits a pulse that contains 3 wavelengths- dealing damage, absorbing life, and slowing units that are within range."

Energy Cost: 60 + 30 per level

Cooldown: 17 seconds

Range: Radius 4

Level 1: Deals 50 (+40% INT) damage. Drains 25 (+20% INT) life. Slows afflicted unit's movespeed by 40% for 2 seconds.

Level 2: Deals 80 (+40% INT) damage. Drains 40 (+20% INT) life. Slows afflicted unit's movespeed by 40% for 3 seconds.

Level 3: Deals 110 (+40% INT) damage. Drains 55 (+20% INT) life. Slows afflicted unit's movespeed by 40% for 4 seconds.

Level 4: Deals 140 (+40% INT) damage. Drains 70 (+20% INT) life. Slows afflicted unit's movespeed by 40% for 5 seconds.

Effect: This ability is Cereberus' main engagement/laning ability, dealing a fair amount of damage, draining life, and even slowing movespeed.

It basically has 33% Spell Leech, but nyeehh. I felt like making it like this.

Ultimate Ability: TriColor Spiral

"Cereberus splits into 4 different beasts, 3 striking a single target for massive damage. Any enemies foolish enough to come near also take damage. While under cast, Cereberus is rendered weak, but may blink (via R). He may only blink for 10 seconds after cast."

Energy Cost: 150 + 70 per level | Blink costs 60 energy

Cooldown: 150 seconds

Range: 8 on cast, Blink 4

Level 1: Deals 80 (+30% Weapon Damage, +50% INT) damage.

Level 2: Deals 120 (+30% Weapon Damage, +50% INT) damage.

Level 3: Deals 160 (+30% Weapon Damage, +50% INT) damage.

Effect: This ability is a slight bit like Omnislash. It deals true damage, but is relatively weak unless you stack a plenty of STR-boosting items.

Attack Sequence: First, Cereberus splits into 3 different Predators, each one 3 units away from the target. They stand still for 1 second, but remain at their relative locations to the target.

They ignore cliffs and other pathing blockers, and run in a circle toward the target, taking 3 seconds to reach the target.

This ability deals True Damage, and hits 3 times at all levels. It deals 100% damage to anybody who collides with the Predators before they finish the spiral. This is still True Damage.

After being hit once from the spiral, they recieve a buff that grants them immunity to further attacks from TriColor Spiral. The TARGET is granted immunity to the actual spiral itself, but not the effects of the final hit.

The name of the character is Cereberus.

And actually the name stems from Card Captor Sakura, where the protagonist has a little flying lion plushie that is called "Keroberos".

But that's obscure, so I gave it the tag "hell" instead. P:
