- Slate Switch creep swap effect changed from 5/6/7/8 (+1 / 250 INT) seconds to 4/5/6/7 (+1 / 275 INT) seconds.

- Slate Switch base silence changed from 2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5 seconds to 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 seconds.

- Slate Switch silence scaling changed from +1 / 300 STR to +1 / 350 STR.

- Doctor Outbreak Medic heal rate no longer increases with levelling of skill. Heal rate is now dictated in the Effect section.

- Doctor Outbreak Medics now have 20/35/50/65 health instead of 40/70/90/100 health, and 15/25/35/45 energy instead of 20/35/45/50 energy.

- Doctor Outbreak Medics health scales with stacks. Energy does not.

- Doctor Outbreak Medics now no longer regenerate energy when following Sky, and Sky no longer has bonus energy regeneration from following Medics.

~Instead, Sky now emits an aura of energy regeneration for each Medic she has following her.

- Doctor Outbreak Medic energy increase per INT increased from (+1 energy / 150 INT) to (+1 energy / 100 INT).

Script: Sky, one of the troopers in a company of elite medicinal practitioners, is quite two-faced. She sometimes adores caring for those she searches to cure, other times hating every single living thing. She was deemed insane after modifying her Medivac to be able to inflict harm, and doing the same with all of her metabolical serums. However, some Medics remain loyal to her cause, and attend to her between battle royales within the Sanctum, where she was put until ready to return to work.

Heroic Ability: Intervention [W] [Can be auto-cast-- in this case, it prioritizes Sky before Allied Heroes before Enemy Heroes before Allied Creeps before Enemy Creeps]

Cooldown: 20

"Sky orders her uniform's medical suit to heal/damage the target ally/enemy over 10 seconds. This ability heals/deals 9 [+2*Lvl] health/damage per second per stack. The cooldown of this ability is reduced by 1 second each time Sky attacks, and by 5 seconds each time she uses an ability."

 

Effect: A simple harassment move-- the damage is extraordinarily low but it is a free spell.

Ability One: Slate Switch

"Sky injects the target with a metabolic serum. When used on enemies, it reduces their Attack Speed and Cooldown Reduction massively, and when used on allies grants them Debuff Immunity and bonus Attack Speed.

If used on a Creep, it drains a percentage of maximum life, creating a copy of the creep that has maximum life equal to the damage dealt by the attack. These creep copies have no duration."

Energy Cost: 50 + 15 per level

Cooldown: 20 seconds

Range: 8

 

Level 1: -10% Attack Speed for 3 seconds and -20% Cooldown Reduction for 6 seconds. Grants Debuff Immunity for 1.5 seconds and +10% Attack Speed for 3 seconds. Deals 60 [+8% of their Maximum Life] damage to Creeps. Creep copies deal 15 [+10% INT] damage per second.

Level 2: -15% Attack Speed for 3.5 seconds and -30% Cooldown Reduction for 7 seconds. Grants Debuff Immunity for 2.0 seconds and +15% Attack Speed for 4 seconds. Deals 90 [+12% of their Maximum Life] damage to Creeps. Creep copies deal 22 [+10% INT] damage per second.

Level 3: -20% Attack Speed for 4.0 seconds and -40% Cooldown Reduction for 8 seconds. Grants Debuff Immunity for 2.5 seconds and +20% Attack Speed for 5 seconds. Deals 120 [+16% of their Maximum Life] damage to Creeps. Creep copies deal 29 [+10% INT] damage per second.

Level 4: -25% Attack Speed for 4.5 seconds and -50% Cooldown Reduction for 9 seconds. Grants Debuff Immunity for 3.0 seconds and +25% Attack Speed for 6 seconds. Deals 150 [+20% of their Maximum Life] damage to Creeps. Creep copies deal 36 [+10% INT] damage per second.

 

Effect: An ability that has a large punishment for enemies if they don't notice, but does not inhibit them for incredibly long. Allies, on the other hand, are treated to amazement.

Does not damage enemies or heal allies.

Ability Two: Doctor Outbreak

"Sky calls down for her loyal Medics that heal allied units. These Medics scale with creeps, and heal health each second, for one energy per second. Up to 5 Medics will follow Sky, and when following, Sky has an aura of life and energy regeneration."

Cooldown: Passive

Range: Each Lane, Aura has a range of 10

 

Level 1: Calls 1 Medic to each lane. Medics have 100 base health and 15 (+1 / 30 INT) maximum energy. Aura grants 0.1 life and energy regeneration per medic.

Level 2: Calls 1 Medic to each lane. Medics have 150 base health and 25 (+1 / 30 INT) maximum energy. Aura grants 0.2 life and energy regeneration per medic.

Level 3: Calls 1 Medic to each lane. Medics have 200 base health and 35 (+1 / 30 INT) maximum energy. Aura grants 0.3 life and energy regeneration per medic.

Level 4: Calls 1 Medic to each lane. Medics have 250 base health and 45 (+1 / 30 INT) maximum energy. Aura grants 0.4 life and energy regeneration per medic.

 

Effect: This ability further enforces Sky's powerful support abilities, healing allies without needing to be there, allowing them to push lanes heavily-- or at least at an improved rate.

Medic heal rate is calculated as followed: 0.3 + 0.025 * Stack number health per second per energy.

Medic Health scales with Stacks, but their energy scales with Sky's stats and not with anything else.

Ability Three: Medical Matrix

"Sky creates a defensive Matrix around the target ally, increasing their damage resistance for 10 seconds. When used on a creep, refunds half of the energy and sets the cooldown to 0."

Energy Cost: 85 + 20 per level

Cooldown: 16 seconds

Range: 8

 

Level 1: Increases damage resistance of target by 10% (+1% / 40 STR).

Level 2: Increases damage resistance of target by 16% (+1% / 40 STR).

Level 3: Increases damage resistance of target by 22% (+1% / 40 STR).

Level 4: Increases damage resistance of target by 28% (+1% / 40 STR).

 

Effect: This ability allows Sky to make any of her allies much more tanky, and able to survive what is coming to kill.

Ultimate Ability: Aerial Treatment

"Sky calls for her modified Medivac from space, which fires a laser that decreases the damage resistance of any enemies it hits as well as damaging or increases the damage resistance of any allies it hits as well as healing. It automatically retreats after 20 seconds."

Energy Cost: 200 + 100 per level

Cooldown: 120 seconds

Range: Ray has range of 10

 

Level 1: Decreases/Increases damage resistance by 6% (+1% / 50 INT) for 3 seconds. Damages/Heals for 1.5% (+1% / 80 STR) of Sky's maximum health each second.

Level 2: Decreases/Increases damage resistance by 9% (+1% / 50 INT) for 3 seconds. Damages/Heals for 3.0% (+1% / 80 STR) of Sky's maximum health each second.

Level 3: Decreases/Increases damage resistance by 12% (+1% / 50 INT) for 3 seconds. Damages/Heals for 4.5% (+1% / 80 STR) of Sky's maximum health each second.

 

Effect: "Jesus Beam" of healing or mass death. I thought it would be nifty, mmkay?
