Well, it should be 1400 hours on a 24 hour clock. PM and AM mean that it's. 12 hour clock. 14 PM should actually be 14 hours past noon, so 2am actually, not 2am. Post Meridian(PM) means after noon, so 14 PM would be 14 hours after noon. 14 hours would be 2pm normally, but this isn't 14 hours, it's 14 PM!
