Secondary Voltron created with different abilities cause screw you ekcol, I WANTED TO MAKE THE PREDATOR HERO. also your lore for leo implies there are other voltrons so HAH! IT'S CANON bish.

Following the creation of the Leo Class Predator, Dominion researchers moved on to create a heavier version that the first prototype, which had been designed for speed and lighter weight as the balance and movement mechanisms were not yet able to support heavier plating in the Kijishi model. Still, the extra weight has its own costs...

Heroic Passive: Solar Cell Wings

 

Kijishi's heavier base allows for an on-board shield generator and additional solar cells to power the shields. However, the cells are rather fragile and won't deploy unless Voltron has not been attacked for the past 7 seconds. Once deployed, they rapidly regenerate Kijishi's shields at a rate of 30 per second, up to a maximum amount of 80+[15*LvL]. Once the shields have been fully regenerated, extra energy generated by the solar panels goes to improving Kijishi's efficiency, giving him a 9 + [Lvl / 2] % Time buff.

Skill 1 Name: Heaven's Drive

 

Kijishi dashes to target location, knocking up any enemies he passes through and in a small AoE (radius 2) at the end of his charge, Kijishi gains debuff immunity for the duration of the charge and deals bonus damage to enemies at the end of the charge. Dash range of 6. Knock up duration of 1.5 seconds.

 

Level 1 - Deals 50 + [300% armor] spell damage to all enemies knocked up. Deals bonus [500% armor] spell damage to enemies hit in the AoE at the end of the charge.

Level 1 - 10% chance to deal 30 + [2% Kijishi's Max Health] bonus physical damage and stun the target for 1 second. Each attack deals 20 true damage to Kijishi. Decreases Kijishi's attack speed and move speed by a stacking 5% debuff per auto attack that lasts 4 seconds.

Level 2 - 15% chance to deal 60 + [2% Kijishi's Max Health] bonus physical damage and stun the target for 1 second. Each attack deals 40 true damage to Kijishi. Decreases Kijishi's attack speed and move speed by a stacking 6% debuff per auto attack that lasts 4 seconds.

Ultimate Name: Demolition Tail

 

Kijishi slams the Earth with his tail, stunning enemies in a large AoE (radius of 5) around him as well as creating an impassible circle of jagged rocks at the edge of that AoE. The rocks have health, can be attacked, and last 5 seconds. Enemies are stunned for longer duration's the closer they are to Kijishi, from .5 seconds at max range to 2 seconds if they are within 1.5 range of Kijishi. After 2 seconds channeling, Kijishi roars, enfeebling enemies still within that radius of 5 (reducing their move speed, as well as weapon and spell damage for 3 seconds). Any rocks still on the map shatter from the roar, dealing damage in a small AoE (radius of 2) around them.

 

Level 1 - Rocks have 100 health each, and deal 100 damage if they are shattered by Kijishi's Roar. Kijishi's Roar applies a -30% Move speed, weapon damage, and spell damage debuff to all enemies in a radius of 5 for 3 seconds.

Level 2 - Rocks have 200 health each, and deal 150 damage if they are shattered by Kijishi's Roar. Kijishi's Roar applies a -40% Move speed, weapon damage, and spell damage debuff to all enemies in a radius of 5 for 3 seconds.

Level 3 - Rocks have 300 health each, and deal 200 damage if they are shattered by Kijishi's Roar. Kijishi's Roar applies a -50% Move speed, weapon damage, and spell damage debuff to all enemies in a radius of 5 for 3 seconds.

Duration is: Stun lasts between .5 and 2 seconds. Channel lasts 2 seconds. Enfeeble debuff lasts 3 seconds

Casting Time is: On use, instantly slams the ground, stunning and creating pillars in an AoE of 5. Then channels for 2 seconds, and then roars, shattering any remaining pillars and debuffing any enemies still within the AoE radius of 5.

The W is more harmful than it is helpful. Having a small chance to deal only a tiny bit of damage as well as reducing both your attack and move speed is not even worth using. For example if you had 4k HP at level 18 you would be doing 200 dmg and have.a 1 second stun but have a one in four chance. On top of that you take 80 dmg per AA and you have an 8% attack speed and movement speed debuff that stacks. In 2 AA's your boots are worthless.
