Heroic passive: Poison Incarnate

“All damage inflicted by E causes a 10-second duration poison, dealing 15% intelligence as true damage per second, for the duration.”
Refreshable on further hits, but does not stack with itself.


First spell: Pop
“After a 1.5 second channel, E causes a poisonous cloud to manifest in a 1.5/2/2.5/3u radius, dealing 40/80/120/160[+50% intelligence] spell damage to enemies caught within, along with 20/40/60/80 spell damage per second for 3 seconds, and healing allied units for 40/60/80/125[+100% intelligence] health, along with additionally healing them for 20/40/60/80 per second, for 3 seconds.”
Note: As E is immune to her own toxins, however helpful, Pop does not affect her in any way.
Range: 8u.
Suggested cooldown: 10/9/8/7


Second spell: Witches’ Brew
“E douses all allied units within 6units in her delightful toxins, causing them to fight with increased fervor, increasing their damage by 5/10/15/20% and their health by [10% Max. HP]. Lasts for 10 seconds, or until E is dead.”
Note: Activation costs 10% max health, along with a manacost.
Range: N/A. Activatable.
Suggested cooldown: 60/55/50/40s.


Third spell: I’ll take that.
“E lunges at an enemy unit with one of her claws, stealing 0.5/1/1.5/1.5 movementspeed from them, along with 5/10/15/20% of their maximum health. Lasts for 12 seconds."
Note: Brings her into melee range of selected enemy unit. Does not work on neutral creep, or bosses. If the enemy unit is still alive after 12 seconds, or upon E dying, health and movespeed is returned over .5 second.
Range: 2u.
Suggested cooldown: 40/35/30/20s.


Ultimate: Contagion
“E conjures forth venemous spikes at a targeted location, dealing 80/100/120/140[+25% intelligence] spell damage in a 2u radius, upon impact. The spikes will remain for a 2s duration, during which they cannot damage the same unit multiple times, but will damage any enemy wandering into them for the first time.”
Note: It takes 1s for the spikes to manifest, and the area is telegraphed for all to see.
Range: 10u.
Suggested cooldown: 5/4/3s.

Gameplay overview:
E is a hero with a skillset being able to both do some idiotic yolo-stuff, like going in, stealing max hp from enemy tank, and then buffing her team (I’ll take that followed by Witches’ Brew), but more interesting is her focus on poison / damage over time effect. Her Pop, for example, will activate her passive Poison Incarnate, refreshing it each of the three seconds the Pop debuff is active, which will deal damage concurrently, too. Everything applies Poison Incarnate, and it deals damage alongside every other spell and skill. The damage being True means it will remain relevant throughout the game. Being able to buff and heal minions as well as heroes, E is born to push lanes. She just needs to be very careful, cause she is squishy along with being slow. Lategame, Contagion is spammed everywhere, and though 15% intelligence isn’t much, even with a full build, it will rack up lots of damage, if a teamfight or base fight sustains long enough.
Being true damage, the passive also does NOT scale with spell damage effects or increases.
