Game

- Added Executrix.Jinara(Updated v3.50)

- Added Devourer.Moloch(Updated v3.50)

- Night time vision reduction decreased to -6 from -7.

- The Starting Base Health and Energy (excludes Attributes) for all heroes has been readjusted for all heroes to be 400 and 200 respectively from previously ranging from 315-390 and 150-220.

- Addressed various bugs. (v3.42-3.50)

- Updated Help [F12]. (v3.43)

 

Items

 Darksteel Titan

- Parry 3 Unique now has a damage cap of 200 per proc.

 

Darwin’s Might

- Unique damage against non-heroic units decreased to 1.5x from 2x.

 

LifeTech Nanosuit

- Emergency Protocol Unique Debuff/Damage Reduction duration reduced to 1s from 1.5.

- The cooldown of Emergency Protocol now starts at 140 (from 150) and increases by 20s after each usage, up to a maximum of 240s cooldown.

 

Phantom Menace

- Phantasm Unique cooldown reset distance increased to 16u from 6u.

 

Phase Cloak

- Active Movement Speed increased to 8% from 5%.

- Attacking out of the cloak will now deal +75 Physical Damage.

[Unique - Piracy] You gain 3  Minerals every 10 seconds. This effect is disabled before 1 Minute (Game Time).

[Unique - Dexterity] While moving you gain a stack of 'Dexterity' every 1 second, up to 10x.  Each stack of Dexterity grants you +3 Agility. At Max Stacks, your next  Basic Attack will deal an additional (+70% AGI) Physical Damage. and then consume all stacks. This additional damage bypasses Evasion.
 

Tetragrammaton

- Price decreased to 4000 from 4300.

- Active no longer silences you after it expires.

General

- The following abilities have been added to the Mobility Abilities classification: Artanis R, Jinara W, and Zeratul R.
 

Arges.Chronolith

HP - Stacks stored now give +3% CDR and 1.5% Movement Speed from +2.5% of each.

 

Balrog.Brutalizer

R – Now grants 0.1 Attack range instead of 0.1 Movement Speed per stack.

 

Dustin.Brawler

Q - Beam AoE increased to 1.75u-radius from 1.2u-radius. (v3.50)

R - Cooldown rescaled to 20/15/10 from 40/20/10.

 

EnTaro.Tassadar

HP – Damage reduction when Tassadar has his projection at play increased to 33% from 25%.

- Damage amplification against the Astral Projection increased to 33% from 25%.

E – Movement Speed decreased to 8/12/14/20% from 15/20/25/30%.

- Cooldown rescaled to 24/22/20/18 from 18.

 

Feral.Terminus

HP – Weapon Damage increased to 75-125% per proc (based on Feral’s Level) from 60-110%.

Q – Cooldown reduced to 15 from 18.

- Cast time reduced to 0.75s from 1.2s

 

Fine.Brine

HP – Energy cost reduced to 25 from 30.

- Cooldown decreased to 10 from 12. (v3.50)

W – Energy cost set at 50 from 40/50/60/70.

E – Now is a unit-targeted ability (again) from target direction.

- Cast range reduced to 3 from 4.75.

- Stun duration reduced to 2 from 2.25.

- Energy cost increased to 110/130/140/170 from 80/100/120/140.

R - Energy cost rescaled to 175/250/325 from 200/275/350.

 

Garamond.Singsprocket

Q – Cooldown rescaled to 18/16/14/12 from 18.

- Energy cost set at 50 from 40/60/80/100.

W – Cooldown decreased to 16/14/12/10 from 18/16/16/15.

R – Cooldown rescaled to 80/70/60 from 90/75/60.

 

Geminus.Boros

E – Damage type changed from Spell Damage to Physical Weapon Damage, proc’ing Lifesteal, On-Hit and Critical Strike effects. (v3.49)

 

General.Warfield

R - Whenever Warfield uses his Basic Attack against the marked target, he gains bonus 2.75u Attack Range for 1.5s. 

- Cast range set at 6 from 5/6/7.

 

Greelus.Humankind

- Base attack speed increased to 2 from 1.85.

 

Hierarch.Artanis (v3.50)

E - Now deals its spell damage in an 2u-radius AoE around the target, and applies a stack of Holy Grail to enemy units struck.

- The passive Spell Pen bonus will now proc on E before it is consumed by Artanis.

 

Huntress.Acral

Q - Cooldown decreased to 7 from 8.

 

Immortal.Solidus

R – No longer slows attack speed by 75%.

 

Justicar.Akasha

Q – Area damage changed to Physical AoE from Spell AoE.

W - Cooldown increased to 20 from 18.

- Energy cost increased to 100 from 80.

E - Scaling heal/damage reduced to 20% Armor from 60%.

R - Cooldown rescaled to 90/80/70 from 70.

 

Khyrak.

R - Cooldown rescaled to 60/50/40 from 70/55/40.

 

Lord.Zyrkhan

Q - Cooldown decreased to 14 from 18.

W - Cooldown decreased to 15 from 18.

 

Phantom.Vega

E - Now stacks 2x from 3x.

 

Queen.Imperius

HP – Biomass timed life reduced to 15 seconds from 30.

- Biomass drop chance decreased to 66.6% from 70%.

 

Rory.Swann

- Base attack speed increased to 2.15 from 1.95.

Q – Cast range reduced to 7 from 8.

W - Armor/Spell Armor bonus decreased to 6/9/12/15 from 12/16/20/24.

 

Sarah.Kerrigan

Q – Slow now stacks twice.

E – Kerrigan now gains 4/6/8/10% Movement Speed for 3s if her abilities consume the mark on Enemy Heroes.

R - Cast range rescaled to 12/13/14 from 10/12/14.

 

Savage.Avenger

E - Now only deals bonus damage to targets under 40% Max Health. (v3.50)

- Bonus Damage rescaled to 20/40/60/80% Weapon Damage from 30/40/50/60% Weapon Damage. (v3.50)

 

Shadow.Geminus

HP - Daytime sight range reduction decreased to -6 from -7.

 

System.Cyprus

HP – Damage bonus per stack decreased to 4 from 5.

R – Cooldown rescaled to 100/80/60 from 90/75/60.

 

Terra.Nova (v3.50)

Q - Energy cost rescaled to 20/40/60/80 from 60/80/100/120 (Note: Refunded energy reduced in response).

 

Tiberius.Rancor

Q - Damage rescaled to 40-80 / 60-120 / 80-160 / 100-200 (+25-50% INT) from 40-80 / 70-140 / 100-200 / 130-260 (+40-80% INT). (v3.50)

W - Cooldown rescaled to 100/75/50/25 from 120/90/60/30.

R - Damage rescaled to 150/225/300 (+50% INT) from 120/200/280 (+60% INT). (v3.50)

 

Vagabond.Darpa

R – Charge Cooldown reduced to 10 from 14.

R (Blue Gene) – No longer reduces charge cooldown by 7s, instead grants +3 charges.

 

Vorpal.Valedict

R – Scaling Damage per second increased to 75% Weapon Damage from 50%.
