Game

- AoS Tournament Winners and Runner-ups granted their respective badges and titles.

- Addressed various bugs. 

 

Items

Eternal Drive

- Movement Speed Buff/Debuff increased to 20% gained/lost for active duration.

 

Flare Gun

- Price increased to 1500 from 1000.

- Cooldown reduced to 70 from 75.

- Active energy cost increased to 125 from 50.

 

Magus Cutlass

- Wrath 1 unique reduced to 0.75 from 0.825 attack range bonus.

- Decay 1 Unique Damage over time reduced to 10% INT per second for 5 seconds from 15% per second for 4 seconds.

- Price increased to 4200 from 3900.

 

Moebius Coil

- Now grants 5 minerals on proc from 10.

 

Nihilator Crux

- Active cooldown increased to 60 from 50.

- Active duration reduced to 4s from 4.5.

 

Power Stone

- Price increased to 1200 from 1000.

 

Radar Kit

- Now reveals Shadow during his Shadow Walk.

 

Sliptide Scythe

- Energy leech reduced to 8% Target Current Energy from 12%.

 

Sunflare

- Price increased to 3500 from 3000.

- Cooldown reduced to 60 from 75.

- Active energy cost increased to 175 from 100.

 

Star's Fury

- Price increased to 5500 from 5000.

- Cooldown reduced to 50 from 75.

- Active energy cost increased to 225 from 200.

 

Wrathian Violator

- Wrath 2 unique reduced to 1.5 from 1.65 attack range bonus.

 

Xenon Splinter

- Fusion unique now recovers energy equal to 10% damage taken from 5%.

 

Heroes

General

- The following abilities will now reveal and detect enemy units under their effect: Anthrax W (Rooted only), Arges W, Stukov Q, Tosh HP, Unix R, Immortal R, Khyrak R, Huntress Q (Rooted only), and Crackling E.

 

Abysmal.Ravager

R – Cooldown set at 100/90/80 from 120/100/80.

- Damage Stored/Reflected rescaled to 60/80/100% from 50/75/100%.

- Energy cost set at 200 from 150/225/300.

 

Alpha.Crackling

HP – Zergling’s scaling health reduced to 10% Max Health from 15%.

- Zergling’s scaling weapon damage reduced to 10% Weapon Damage from 15%.

 

Arcturus.Mengsk

Mastery 20 - Now gives 4x Strength bonuses from allied units from 3x.

 

Arges.Chronolith

Q – Energy cost rescaled to 80/100/120/140 from 120/140/160/180.

W – Cooldown rescaled to 24/22/20/18 from 30/26/22/18.

 

Cryo.Smith

Q – Energy cost decreased to 70/100/130/160 from 80/110/140/170.

 

Defiler.Thakras

HP – Bonus damage during R reduced to 1.5x from 2x.

 

Doctor.Geneva

W – Scaling damage reduced to 25% INT from 50%.

 

Ephemeral.Corona

HP – Max Ionize Stacks reduced to 4 from 5.

E – Now reduces the cooldowns of Corona’s Basic Abilities only (Read: Non-Ultimate).

 

Fine.Brine

E – Cooldown reduced to 16 from 20.

- Deals 2x damage to non-heroic units.

 

Gabriel.Tosh

HP – Now can be removed by Debuff Immunity.

 

Immortal.Solidus

R – Slow effect now ignores Slow Immunity.

 

Infernal.Mandrake

E – Attacker proc range increased to 6u from 3.5.

 

Jakk.Summers

HP – Attack range for both Weapons set at 6.5 from 6 for Energy Rifle and 7 for Grenades.

- Grenades now deal 10% INT bonus damage in a 1.5u-radius area from 10 (+15% INT) in a 2u area.

 

Jim.Raynor

Mastery 15 - Kill shot damage reduced to 100 from 150.

 

Justicar.Akasha

Q – AoE damage scaling changed to 25% Weapon Damage from 50% INT.

E – Scaling Heal/Damage changed to 60% Armor from 10% and 20% INT respectively.

 

Marine.King

E – Nearby Allied heroic units now also gain +1.25/2.5/3.25/5 Health regen.

 

Omega.Starscream

R – Weapon Damage scaling increased to 12.5% from 10%.

- Cooldown rescaled to 70/60/50 from 80/65/50.

 

Phantom.Vega

Mastery 10 - Reduced to -3 Armor per stack from -5.

Mastery 15 - Reduced to 15% Movement Speed from +20%

 

Psionic.Turraneth

E – Cooldown reduced to 16/14/12/10 from 22/20/18/16.

 

Queen.Imperius

HP – Biomass drop chance increased to 70% from 50%.

 

Rob.Boswell

HP – Now applies to critical damage from ranged heroes.

W – Cooldown is Reduced by 4 seconds per Enemy Hero hit.

 

Rory.Swann

Q – Damage to creeps reduced to +50% from +100%.

 

Saber.Vulkan

Q – Base damage reduced to 40/60/80/100 from 60/80/100/120.

- Base energy cost reduced to 80 from 100.

- Cooldown decreased to 6/5/4/3 from 7/6/5/4.

W – Debuff duration reduced to 8 from 10.

- Cooldown increased to 24/22/20/18 from 22/20/18/16.

E – Base Damage reduced to 80/100/120/140 from 70/100/130/160.

 

Salacious.Yig

Q – Now costs 10% Max Energy from 10% Current Health.

W – Now costs 15% Max Energy from 20%.

 

Savage.Avenger

W – Attack range bonus rescaled to 0.5/0.75/1/1.25 from 0.45/0.8/1.15/1.5.

E – Cooldown reverted back to 22/20/18/16 from 20/18/16/14.

 

Subterran.Unix

Q - Initial toggle Energy cost changed to 25/50/75/100 from 0. (Note: Now procs on ability use triggers)

- Cooldown increased to 10 from 5.

Mastery 10 - Changed to +15% Attack Speed on Unix Marines [E] from +15% Cooldown Reduction.

Mastery 15 - Changed to +15% Movement Speed during Peristalsis [Q] from +20%.

 

System.Cyprus

R – Cooldown rescaled to 90/75/60 from 120.

Mastery 20 - Changed to -20s CD on Fist of Gaia [R] from -60s.

 

Tiberius.Rancor

W – Now only detects Enemy Heroic Units and Structures (Read: No wards).

- Cooldown reverted back to 120/90/60/30 from 130/100/70/40.

Mastery 10 - Changed to +15% Cooldown Reduction from +50% Bonus Damage on Q when cloaked.

Mastery 15 - Changed to +25% Bonus Damage on Q when cloaked from +20% Cooldown reduction.

 

Viler.Nemesis

W – Energy drained changed to 6/8/10/12% Target Current Energy (+15% INT) from 10/25/40/55 (+5% Target Max Energy) (+10% INT).

R – Duration reduced to 7s from 8s.

Masteries 15 - Changed to +100 Damage on Rampage Burst [Q] from +2/+8 Hero/Creep Attacks to Destroy Oblivion Construct [E].

Masteries 20 - Changed to +2/+8 Hero/Creep Attacks to Destroy Oblivion Construct [E] from +10% Target Current Health per Enemy cast Harbinger of Oblivion [E].

 

Vorpal.Valedict

Mastery 5 - Changed to +50 Damage Vorpal Javelin [E] from +20 Strength.

Mastery 10 - Changed to +8% Damage Reflected Dark Matter [W] from +50 Damage Vorpal Javelin [E]. 

Mastery 15 – Changed to +50 Strength from +8% Damage Reflected Dark Matter [W].
