Game

- Updated Hero Selection Screen ‘Bios’ for all heroes with new ‘Complexity’ and ‘Lore’. (Note: I would like to thank HarryHoot and Tynamo for their contributions to the lore for some of the heroes.)

- Now Melee Heroes or Ranged Heroes with ranges below 4.5 can attack and destroy wards on ward spots from within 5u radius (requires 2 attacks/clicks).

- Team Symbols/Decals that appeared with most abilities will now only appear in Free Pick game mode (Note: This is because there are no duplicate heroes in other game modes. Some items will still generate Team Symbols as duplicates of them can exist).

- Updated Help section [F12]. (v3.30)

- Addressed various bugs. (v3.26-30)

 

Terrain

- The Ward Spot adjacent to the Zerg T1 Safelane Tower was moved to the other side of the cliff to mirror Protoss T1 Safelane.

- Retextured Zerg Base.

 

Talents

Teleport (Default)

- Channel time increased to 5 from 4.

- Teleport Arrival Indicator will now visually reflect time remaining until channel is complete.

- You can now teleport to a visible/pathable area within 7u of Allied Structures from 5u.

 

Transport

- Transport Arrival Indicator will now visually reflect time remaining until channel is complete.

- You can now teleport to a visible/pathable area within 7u of Allied Non-Heroic Units and Structures from 5u.

 

Veteran

- XP Bonus reduced to 8% from 10%.

 

Neutral Creeps

General

- Neutral Camps now deal 2x damage to Non-massive Heroic Creeps. (v3.26)

 

Aeon

- Aeon’s Smash Impact Radius increased to 4u from 3u.

- Aeon’s Smash Stun duration increased to 1.5s from 1s.

- Aeon’s Attack Damage is now Physical from Spell.

 

Structures

General

- T2 Towers now gain +3 Health Regen when their health drops below 33% (Can Regenerate up to 33% Health).

- T3 Towers now gain +5 Health Regen when their health drops below 33% (Can Regenerate up to 33% Health).

 

Items

General

- Survivalist Unique provided by Hunter’s Knife, Spirit Containment Vessel, and Predator Tusk now gives +5% XP from Neutrals from +10%.

 

Automated Parry

- Parry 1 reduces incoming Weapon Damage by 50% from 40.

 

Bandit’s Artifice

- Mercenary 3 now procs on Enemy Heroes and Enemy Structures.

- Mineral Gain per proc reduced to 15 from 20.

 

Bioplasmid Revolver

- Unique Ranged Buff increased to 200% Attack Speed from 175%.

 

C-48 Gauss Cannon

- Shard of Ruin 2 now gives 15% Armor Pen from 14%.



Contamination Shard

- Armor increased to 20 from 18.

 

Darksteel Titan

- Added Darkened Steel Unique; Enemy Heroes in a 12u-radius around you lose 12 Armor.

- Removed Forged Metals 2.

 

Electric Mantle

- Unique now also gives 0.1 Movement Speed per stack, up to 3x.

 

Eternal Drive

- Price reduced to 2750 from 3300.

 

Explosive Retrofit

- Price reduced to 3450 from 3600.

 

Hellbound Heart

- Unique Damage amplification per stack reduced 1.25% from 1.5%.

 

Ihan Crystal

- Active cooldown increased to 90 from 60.

 

Khaydarin Absorber

- Removed Nitrogen Retrofit from components; Added second Stabilizer.

- Price reduced to 5800 from 6900.

- Now gives +30 INT from 50.

- Active cooldown reduced to 45 from 60; Shared with Ghosting Garb.
 

Korhal Vanguard

- Automated Parry Component replaced with 2x Uru Spaulder.

- Armor increased to 18 from 16.

- Added Vanguard Unique; You gain a 60% chance to block 40 Weapon Damage from Enemy Heroic Units. This effect is temporarily disabled during the Vanguard Active Buff.

- Dominion 2 Unique Removed.

 

Kura's Death Mask

- Cast range increased to 10 from 8.

- Cooldown reduced to 45 from 50.

 

Lifetech NanoSuit

- Price increased to 3700 from 3400.

- Now triggers when your health drops below 50% from 30%.

- Movement Speed reduced to 0.07 from 0.15.

- Emergency Protocol Unique Cooldown increased to 150 from 130.

- Unique no longer triggers on Clones (Read: Tassadar’s Projection).
 

Magus Cutlass

- Armor reduced to 12 from 14

- Wrath 1 Unique Attack range bonus reduced to 0.825 from 1.

- Price increased to 3900 from 3800.

 

Naix Claw

- Active Max Health gain increased to 400 from 300, decaying at 80 per Basic Attack from 60.

 

Newtonian Armor

- Added Unique; You gain +6 Armor and Spell Armor.

- Removed Forged Metals 1 Unique.

 

Parallax Generator

- Active Cooldown increased to 60 from 50.

- Cast range reduced to 9 from 12.

 

Schrodinger's Lockbox

- Cast range increased to 6 from 5.

 

Sentinel's Safeguard (v3.26)

- Active reworked; Based on your current level*, spawn a Sentinel  Construct / Sentinel Prime / Arch-Sentinel under your control for 25s / 30s / 35s. The Sentinel has 500 / 1000 / 2000 Health, 50 / 100 / 200 Physical Damage (Halved against Structures), 40% / 50% / 60% Damage Resistance, and provides Detection in a 8-unit radius area. 100 second cooldown.

*Sentinel spawn automatically upgrades at Level 10 and 20.

- Sentinel Bounty rescaled to 50/100/150 from 100.

 

Sentry Wards

- Ward Spots now provide Sentry Wards +2 Sight Vision bonus from +3.
 

Silver Soul

- Armor and Spell Armor reduced to 16 from 18.

- Price reduced to 2400 from 2800.

 

Spell Buffer

- Unique now grants +10 Spell Armor from +14; renamed to Guardian Aura.

- Active Buff will now be removed if your Hero’s shields deplete (even if the duration did not expire).
 

Star’s Fury

- Cast range increased to 9 from 8.

 

Time Splitter

- Active Damage Scaling changed to 25% Weapon Damage from 50% AGI.

- Active Damage Type changed to Physical Damage (Note: Bonus Damage Bypasses Evasion).

- Active Stun Duration on Ranged Heroes is the same as Melee now.

- Active cooldown reduced to 60 from 70.

 

War Regalia

- Health Regen reduced to 2 from 3.

- Added Unique; +6 Health Regenerated every 5 seconds.

- Removed Dominion 1 Unique.

- Price reduced to 1125 from 1300.

 

Wrathian Violator

- Shard of Ruin 3 now gives 20% Armor Pen from 18%.

 

Xenomorph Cleaver

- Shard of Ruin 4 now gives 20% Armor Pen, increasing by 2% per attack for 4s, up to 28% from 22% increasing by 1% up to 27%.

 

Xenon Splinter

- Price decreased to 2350 from 2650.

 

Heroes

General

- All heroes’ Base health values set at 300 from 225 for ranged and 300 for melee. (Note: This does not include Health gained from the STR attribute).

- Hero base armor and spell armor values have been reset to 20/10 for Agility, 10/20 for Strength, and 15/15 for Intelligence respectively (Note: These will be finetuned over time to create variability on a hero by hero basis in the future. Armor/Spell Armor growth of 1 per level has not changed.)

- Updated many Recommended Item Builds for Heroes. (v3.26-30)

 

Abysmal.Ravager

HP – Now gains max stacks over 1.5s from 2.5s.

Mastery (Level 15) Devil's Tongue [W] Stun Duration increased by 1s from 0.75s.

 

Alexei.Stukov

Mastery (Level 10) Soulfire [Heroic] bonuses decreased to 2.5% from 5%.

 

Anthrax.

Mastery (Level 5) Cooldown reduction for hitting Hero twice increased to 6s from 3s.

 

Arcturus.Mengsk

Q - Scaling Physical Damage increased to 12.5% Weapon Damage from 10%.

E – Cooldown reduced to 12 from 15.

Mastery (Level 5) Now gives +20 Weapon Damage from +8% Movement Speed.

 

Arges.Chronolith

E – The target now gains Debuff Immunity for only 0.5s at the start of the channel. If the target is stunned or banished, it will stop the channel.

 

Balrog.Brutalizer

R – Bloodbath Stacks now give bonus 0.1 MS.

- Cooldown set at 60 from 75/65/55.

(Blue Gene) – Now sets cooldown to 20 from half.

 

BioTron.Tyrannitus

HP – Damage reduction against structures increased to 40% from 35%.

Q – Cooldown rescaled to 18/16/14/12 from 16/14/12/10.

 

Defiler.Thakras

Mastery (Level 5) Changed to +8 Spell Armor from +10% Cooldown Reduction.

 

Doctor.Geneva

W – Cooldown rescaled to 20/18/16/14 from 18/16/14/12.

Mastery (Level 15) CDR and MS bonus reduced to 8% from 15%.

 

Egon.Stetmann

R – Cast range increased to 10 from 9.

Mastery (Level 20) Cast range bonus increased to 3 from 2.5.

 

Emil.Narud

V – Primary Basic Attack Damage scaling increased to 12.5% INT from 10%.

(Blue Gene) – No Longer increases ability cast range.

- Duration reduced to 20 from 25.

- Now amplifies Narud’s Spell Damage by 25% while active.

Q – Secondary Basic Attack (Void Pulse) now deals Spell Damage that scales with Locus of Power (Q); 20/30/40/50 (+20% INT) per Pulse instead of 2x Basic Attack damage.

- Cast range rescaled to 8/8.5/9/9.5 from 6/7/8/9. (v3.26)

 

Fine.Brine

Mastery (Level 20) +300 Damage Nether Assassin [R] from +200.

 

Gabriel.Tosh (v3.30)

- Attack range of Tosh and his Spectres increased to 5.5 from 5.

W (Concussion Round) - Cast range increased to 7 from 6.

Mastery (Level 10) Spectres +50% AoE Damage Resistance from +30%.

Mastery (Level 15) +04s Stun Duration on Concussion Round from +2 Cast range

Mastery (Level 20) Spectres +450 Health from 350.

 

Geminus.Boros

Q – Scaling Damage per second reduced to 25% INT from 50%.

R – Scaling Physical Damage reduced to 50% Weapon Damage from 75%.

- Scaling Spell Damage per second reduced to 25% INT from 50%.

- Debuff duration reduced to 1.5 from 2.

 

Greelus.Humankind

W – Cooldown rescaled to 20/18/16/14 from 20.

E – Silencer Drones Spell Damage increases to 1.5x against enemies currently under the effect of Q.

- Cooldown rescaled to 24/22/20/18 from 20.

 

Huntress.Acral

HP – Attack Speed bonus per kill reduced to 8% from 10%.

Q – Knockback distance increased to 4u from 3u.

W – Now also reduces Enemy Attack Speed and grants Huntress Attack Speed when facing them (same values as Movement Speed).

- Ability goes on cooldown after it expires.
 

Hybrid.Maar (v3.30)

WWW - Base Spell Damage increased to 100/175/250/325 from 100/150/200/250.

- Energy cost increased to 200/225/250/275 from 150/175/200/225.

 

Immortal.Solidus

HP - Movement Speed Bonus for Shielded Allies increased to 8% from 5% (2x for Immortal). (v3.26)

Q - Time to reach Max Explosion Spell Damage halved.

- Detonation deals 75% damage to non-neutral creeps.

W – Can now be used on allied structures.

E – Scaling energy bonus increased to 0.25% Max Energy from 0.15% (3x for Immortal).

Mastery (Level 10) +6u Cast Range Charged Plasma [Q] from +4.

 

Ironhide.Cain

- Attack range increased to 4.5 from 4. (v3.26)

Q - Cast range reverted back to 9 from 8. (v3.26)

Mastery (Level 5) Changed to +20 STR from +4 Energy Regen.

 

Ixian.Navigator

Q – Cooldown rescaled to 18/16/14/12 from 24/20/16/12.

R – The Black Soul Sphere has a timed life of 15s from infinite.

HP – Shields rescaled to 60-600 based on Fenix’s Level from 15*LVL (+150% Weapon Damage)

W – No longer grants bonus Movement Speed. (Note: Blue Gene still grants +20% MS)

 

Prelate.Zeratul

Q – Scaling Damage reduced to 75% Weapon Damage from 110%.

- Cooldown rescaled to 18/16/14/12 from 20/18/16/14.

W (Blue Gene) – Timescale Reduction decreased to 20% from 25%.

R – Cooldown rescaled to 90/75/60 from 120/90/60.

- Attack Range increased to 5.5 from 5.

Q (Blue Gene) – Increases Spell Damage AoE to 3.75u from 3.

R – Scaling Attack Damage increased to 50% INT from 40%.

 

Rory.Swann

Q – Projectile Speed acceleration increased by 50%.

 

Roulette.Jackson

Mastery (Level 5) +8% Movement Speed from 8 Armor.

Salacious.Yig (v3.26)

- Attack range increased to 6.5 from 5.5.

HP (Sadistic; Rework) - Yig savors the tragedies of his enemies, his abilities deal Increased Damage and regenerate a portion of his Max Energy when used against Heroes with Less Than 40% Max Health.

Damage Amplification: +15%

Q - Cooldown set at 6 from 10. 

- Now unfogs the target area for 2s on impact.

- Attack range increased to 1.65 from 1.25.

HP – Removed cast time.

- Cooldown reduced to 7 from 15

Q - Damage rescaled to 40/80/120/160 (+70% Weapon Damage) from 30/60/90/120 (+50% Weapon Damage).

- Scoped now lasts 5s from 4s.

- Cooldown rescaled to 14/12/10/8 from 16.

W - Nova now replenishes 3 stacks of Ill Intent on use of Vanish (Heroic).

- No longer replenishes stacks on other ability usage.

E – Cooldown rescaled to 14/12/10/8 from 20/18/16/14.

R – No longer grants +30/40/50 Attack Damage.

 

Toximancer.Vespus

HP – Movement Speed bonus per 10% Health missing reduced to 1.75% from 2.5%

W – Duration reduced to 12 from 24.

- Energy cost rescaled to 30/40/50/60 from 30.

Mastery (Level 5) Attack Bonus range reduced to +0.5u from +0.75.

 

Tychus.Findlay

HP - Stack duration increased to 6s from 4s.

Vagabond.Darpa

R – Time between each charge usage decreased to 3.5 from 7.

 

Vergil.Nerazim

Q/R- Damage scaling changed to 40% Weapon Damage from 35% INT.

 

Viler.Nemesis

Q – Projectile flight time decreased to 1.25s from 1.75s.

W – Max channel time reduced to 5s from 7s.

- Blue Gene now halves cooldown from removing it.

 

Viron.Volkov

Q – Scaling Damage per second changed to 2.5% Current Health from 15 STR.

- Cooldown rescaled to 26/24/22/20 from 30/28/26/24.

E – Now also grants additional 2/3/4/5 Health and Energy Regen per second (up to a maximum of 10/15/20/25 Regen at the peak).

R – Now applies a 0.35s mini-stun to enemies hit.

Mastery (Level 5) Changed to +20 Strength from +200 Energy.

 

VoidBearer.Kuradel

Q – Cast range rescaled to 6.5/7/7.5/8 from 5/6/7/8.

R – Cooldown set at 80 from 120/100/80.

 

Voltron.Leo

HP – Scaling Damage reduced to 6% Target Missing Health.

- No longer heals Leo on attack.

R – Cooldown rescaled to 90/60/30 from 30.

- Energy cost increased to 175/225/275 from 150.
