General

Game

- Added Masteries into the game; Masteries are unique linear upgrades that replace the old generic hero stats (Y). They become available at levels 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 for each hero and require a skill point to be upgraded. See details below.

- Ban time increased to 60 seconds from 45 seconds. (Captains Pick).

- Addressed various bugs



Mechanics

- XP bounty from hero kills changed to 25 + (60*Dying Hero's LVL) from 25 + (20*Dying Hero's LVL).

- Hero XP ranges rescaled to 0/225/350/475/575/600/720/890/990/1090/1150/1300/1425/1550/1690/1800/2000/3000/4000/5000 from 0/200/300/400/500/600/700/890/990/1190/1300/1425/1550/1690/1800/1950/2000/2250/2500. 

- Assist mineral bounties are now divided evenly between the number of assisting heroes.

- Night time vision reduction decreased 7 from 8.

- Added 'True Strike' mechanic into the game; allows the hero to bypass Evasion effects (More details below).

Fortify

Teleport (Default)

- Cooldown decreased to 80 from 90.

- Channel time reduced to 4s from 6s.

- Energy cost changed to 75 from 8% Max Energy.

- Channel time increased to 5s from 4.

 

Zeal

- Movement Speed bonus increased to 0.2 from 0.15

- Damage resistance increased to 20% from 15%.

 


Neutral Creeps

General

- All Neutral creeps including Map Bosses now grant 5-10% more Experience.

- The Hydranium Crystals adjacent to the side shops have been relocated to each team's Jungle area.

- Added new Venal Buggy Camp in the Safelane Jungle areas on each side of the map. The Venal Buggy neutral creep is the easiest camp to take (325 base Health) and gives a base Mineral/XP bounty of 27/50 respectively.

- Added 3 New Neutral Pickups.

 

Aeon 

- Basic Attacks (Weapon Damage) against Aeon from Heroes outside the pit will deal severely reduced damage.

- Soul Gem now has 2 charges with 240 second cooldown. 

- Effect duration reduced 20 seconds from 25.

- Tower Health Regeneration bonus increased to 30 from 25.

 

Blue Gene Isolate (T3 Neutral Pickup)

- Moved to Prototype Enforcer.

 

Daggoth

- Basic Attacks (Weapon Damage) against Daggoth from Heroes outside the pit will deal severely reduced damage.

- Daggoth Basic Attack Range increased to 9.5 from 9.

 

Extrasensory Helmet (T2 Neutral Pickup; NEW!)

- Dropped from the Venal Buggy between 30-50 minute game time.

- Gain Radar vision in a 16-unit radius around you, and Disable all enemy Sentry and Truesight Wards in a 8-unit radius area. Lasts 300s.

 

Hacking Terminal (T3 Neutral Pickup)

- Moved to Venal Buggy.

 

Mark of Yaldi (T3 Neutral Pickup; NEW!)

- Dropped from the Imperial Behemoth after 50 minutes game time (Note: Unlike other Neutral Pickups with a drop chance 12%, this one has a drop chance of 10%.)

- Whenever you take Lethal Damage while under this effect, the Mark of Yaldi will be removed and you will Revive with 50% Health and Energy over 5 seconds. Lasts 300s. (Note: In the case that you are Rob.Boswell or Emil.Narud, the Mark of Yaldi will be prioritized before your passive revives.)

 

Regenerative Bio-Steel (T3 Neutral Pickup)

- Moved to Vigilante Vulture.
 

Schleem Sample (T1 Neutral Pickup; NEW!)

- Dropped from the Venal Buggy between 10-30 minute game time.

- Gain +75 Max Health and Energy. Lasts Permanently. Non-stacking.

 

Primary Creeps

General

- Super Creeps base attack damage reduced to 150 from 200.

- Ranged Suppressor' Super Creeps attack damage type changed to Physical from Spell.

 

Structures

Imperial Sanctums

- Each team now has one Imperial Sanctum (offlane Jungle).

- Health increased to 8000 from 6000.

 

Neutral Sanctums

- Relocated to Jungle areas from sides of the map.

- Now grant 50 + (2*Minutes of Game Time) XP to team upon capture.

- No longer grant XP for maintaining control every 8 minutes.

- Detection radius reduced to 6 from 8.

- Sight radius reduced to 12 from 16.

- Capture time increased to 6s from 5s.

 

Suppressors

- When all 3 enemy suppressors are down, all ally creeps' outgoing damage is increased by 50% from 25%.

 

Towers 

- All Towers' basic attacks now have 'True Strike' and can fully bypass sources of Evasion.

- Towers Basic Attack Physical Damage against enemy heroes increased by 25 to 125/175/225 at all levels.

 

Items

General

- All item' active abilities' cooldowns are now unaffected by Cooldown Reduction and Timescale.

- The following items now all grant different degrees of True Strike: Xenomorph Cleaver, Blackhole Magnum, Bioplasmid Revolver, and Atom Smasher.

 

Aegis Reflector

- Added Aegis Reflect Unique; Enemy Heroes' Basic Attacks against you will reflect 20 (+10% Triggering Damage Absorbed) Spell Damage back to the attacker.

 

Ancient Rune

- Replaced Storm Pauldrons with Higgs-Boson Capacitor.

- Intelligence Increased to 75 from 60.

- Price increased to 3950 from 3700.

- Decay Unique repositioned as Decay 2.

 

Atom Smasher

- Powerstrike Bonus Damage bypasses Evasion.

 

Automated Parry

- Replaced 1x Neosteel Vestment with Uru Spaulder

- Reworked [Unique - Contaminator]; Whenever you attack or are attacked by an Enemy, their outgoing Physical Damage is reduced by -14%  for 5 seconds. This effect increases by an additional -7% each time you attack or are attacked by the same Enemy, up to a total of -28% Physical Damage Reduction.

Controller

- Removed from game.

 

Darksteel Titan

- Changed counter attack Physical Damage scaling to 12% Current Health from 25% Target Weapon Damage.

- Charge cooldown reduced to 8 from 10.

Divinator

- Added Unholy Weaver instead of Assimilator

- Attack range increased to 5 from 4.

Q - Cooldown reduced to 12 from 20.

- Abyss stacks now reduce cooldown by 1.2 from 3 seconds.

W - Cooldown rescaled to 25/22/19/16 from 29/26/23/20.

R - Movement Speed bonus increased to 25% from 20%.

(Blue Gene) -  Enables 'Violent Takedown', causing this ability to deal its damage in a 2.5u-radius around the Scoped target. The Scoped Target is dealt the damage twice. Passively, Scoped will also amplify Physical Damage on the target by +20%.

W - Critical Chance per stack rescaled to 20/25/30/35%.

- Stack replenish internal cooldown increased to 15s from 9s.

- Nova now replenishes 1 stack of Ill Intent on ability use. 

E (Elusion; Rework)

- No longer cloaks Nova.
